I got talked into First Net. I had a good plan, and now I have this crappy plan. I can't go back. I wanted to save money, and now I pay $50 more for inferior service. Had to get a new phone, and half the time, it freezes, or it won't register on the network. I'm missing a tone of calls.
I've decided to drop ATT. I have always like T-Mobile and will be returning to them.
I liked the employees. The sales person was just trying to do something for beneficial for me.
Firstnet is subservice: sure you may have priority, but before my change, I didn't worry about buffering, or my phone not registering on the network. The internet is slower, and Ironically, the other phone on the plan has mobile hotspot, but mine which is the primary doesn't. Also, there are places you can't get calls because some second rate company has the monopoly.....would hate to have an emergency. I am in one of those places.
