Brought an IPhone 6 into the store to inquire about getting AT&T service on it. The clerk removed…read moremy SIM card and inserted an AT&T SIM card. He said it was not compatible and that I would need a new phone. (Yeah ok). He took my SIM card to the back of the store for some reason. While selling me the new phone and service, he gave me my iPhone 6 back with no SIM card. I pointed this out, he put in the non-working AT&T SIM card and handed it back. I then told him that this is not my card. He was all confused and said he'd go look for it. Surprise surprise he never found it. I left the store with no SIM card or SIM card tray! I cannot log into any apps or sign into work because they all send verification codes to a number that is in service but I have no access to due to having no SIM card! Unbelievable.
