This is by far the worst service I've ever encountered. The staff have no idea what they're doing and instead of helping, they create more problems. I strongly advise not visiting this store for any kind of issue; they will completely mess things up and leave you in a worse situation. Because of their incompetence, I ended up paying over $1,000 for something that wasn't even my fault. The female manager and the employee named Andres were especially unprofessional, dismissive, and careless. Even customer support couldn't fix the mess they caused. I want to upgrade my phone because I'm dealing with the old iPhone affect. This is the closest store to me. I am a mom of 2 under 2. I called ahead to to make sure everything would go smoothly. I talked to a store associate and they said yeah come on down and get one. I went down, and it was oh no you need to be an authorized user. Did that. Went down again and waited 15 minutes before anyone checked me in. Then a total of an hour to be helped. All I wanted was to buy a new phone and all the accessories that go with it but after waiting an hour and then asking how long it would be and being told another 30 minutes at least because an online order than I said so what's my best route. Collette the manager, who said she's nice as my aunt when checking me in, but really isn't....said that's up to me. I said so if you're helping online then I might as well go order online and complain too since I got pushed behind an online order. I said when I'm in person I'm on person not looking at screens. I'm also about to pay a grand and this is horrible customer service. She said everyone's waiting and she's a mom too. Excuse me, that is against horrible customer service. I've been waiting for 1 HOUR+ with 2 babies and I'm about to get your store soooo much money. I honestly felt like the moment I walked in I had nose snubbed at me for having kids. I'm a SAHM and I deserve a new phone too. I don't think I should wait and then get pushed behind an online order. I'm complaining to ATT as high as I can go. I will NOT be doing business at this UN-friendly kid store with horrible customer service. They didn't even have the phone in stock and they still made me wait. They didn't have a good selection of phone cases either. I'll be checking out ANY OTHER STORE. I've been a ATT customer my whole life, I told collette this, and this is the WORST experience I've ever had in my life and I've been to a store before trying to get my service back and possible take my phone number and the guy was way quicker service and nicer! I have always had a good experience in my neighborhood store. They have always been helpful and accurate until my last visit. I had received an email offering g a great price to trade in my iPhone and went through steps online but decided to go into the store to be certain. I scheduled an appoint and when I arrived I was assigned an associate to assist. This girl was a piece of work! She should not be anywhere near customer service. She was arrogant, inaccurate, rude, and condescending. Her name is GRACE. If you are assigned her, I recommend to ask for someone else even if you have to wait. She proceeded to ask me identifying info and then verified that I was not eligible. I told her I had received an email and she said something to the effect sometimes they send out emails to Get you to come into the store... so I repeated it and she said "I did not say that." So I asked what she said and she danced around. She insisted I was not eligible and dismissed me: willing to let me leave. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor and she rolled her eyes and went to her supervisor. I watched them go to the main desk where he showed her some things online and the. They both came over and he told me I was eligible. I said I thought so and he provided some direction to Grace and then we sat down where she was going to assist me and I said, It's a good thing I asked for a second opinion and she scoffed and rolled her eyes and was very irritated... no apology for her bad information or anything. I bought the phone and had to order. I cannot imagine her being successful in this role as she was absolutely horrible! I am also going in today to get help with setting up new phone and give them my trade in and will speak with the supervisor to be sure they know my experience. It's been a LONG time since I have ran into someone like this sales associate. I hope she is counseled so she will never treat anyone else like this... she was 100% wrong but yet never apologized and was still condescending and rude. The store itself is a very nice store and like I said initially, I have always had a good experience. If my service with AT&T was contingent on working with Grace, I would be finding another provider. I'm trying to be a former Verizon customer only because their data service does not meet my needs so naturally, I begin the port process online. I decided to go to the store to compete the process since I was already in the area. I go into the store and the lady welcomed me which was very cool. I noticed that one of the sales associates was done with the person he was with so I knew I was next. NOPE. He helped the next person that walked into the store. When he was done with her, he stood behind the counter and waited until another person came into the store. At that point, I was done. I guess he thought because he saw me coming in with a sim card that he wasn't going to make any money. Needles to say that I needed a total of 4 numbers. My number was going to be the only one that was ported and the other 3 would have been brand new lines. I will finish porting at home, I'll order my other 3 lines as well. read more

My family has been AT&T customers for over 50 years.  I traded in my old phone because it was having signal problems. The store clerk lost over 26000 photos from my old phone when they restored factory settings before the backup and restore finished on the new phone.  I returned to the store the next day and the personnel at the store made no attempt to help me and couldn't wait for me to leave the store.   I would give a zero star review and WILL NEVER GO TO AN AT&T STORE AGAIN!!!! read more

I went in after trying to add my new Apple Watch online to my phone plan. Things didn't end up getting connected right and it was showing up no cellular plan on my watch but the plan was active on my AT&T app. Adriane was very diligent in making sure she helped me to the end along with a nice younger man and another nice woman. I have visited this store 4 times as of recent to solve an issue I have faced. Every single visit I have spent about an hour waiting only to be turned away each time within minutes of speaking to representative. All that matters to this store is how fast they can get people in and out . Today, I spent an hour waiting in store and received no help at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. not to mention the fact I joined the queue and was skipped twice by the assistant manager while she assisted other customers that arrived after I had. I was then taken off the queue and told to rejoin for further assistance as the assistant manager was not able to help me with details related to my account but, those below her are? Bob, the manager has ruined the experience for my parents, who are elderly. My mother went in to replace her defective phone. He overheard that she didn't nor back up her photos and he jumped at her saying, "ARE YOU CRAZY?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DIDN'T BACK UP YOUR PHOTOS!" My dad was there and said, "Don't yell at her, and she isn't crazy. That's offensive. (both of them in their 70s). Bob then follows my parents around and came back to my dad and yelled, "HOW DID I OFFEND HER!?" My dad almost got into a fist fight trying to keep Bob from harassing my mom for the rest of the day. The first young man was quite rude, so I asked to speak with another person whom had helped me before, he did come over and informed me that he was off in 15 min and had people waiting for him. I have no stars to give but had to give to one. I am so disgusted with this store. My 85yr old father went into the Rayzor Ranch store this morning and was treated with such disrespect. All he needed was someone to help him set up his new flip phone because his other phone stopped working. His phone is the only way he can contact us or others if he needs help. I live 5 hours away and you would think during this pandemic, people would be courteous to the elderly. My father does not go out if it is not a need. He was told he had to wait outside in the cold, while other customers were allowed to go in front of him. When he was allowed in, the person was rude and said "you could have done this yourself." Well, if he could, he would not have come into your store in the first place Are you not aware that these customers coming in are keeping your store open? I went to the store on Saturday to get a flip phone for my mom. She is 85 and doesn't want a newer phone. I explained to the guy at the door what I needed because her phone was no longer working. i agree with all the previous reviews. If you do not want to discriminated, ignored, hated and insulted DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS STORE. AT&T should make an effort to close this store as it is losing customers because of the way people here treat customers. I was ill-treated and called the police on because I protested against their insolent behavior. I also called 911, as they had stopped my service even when I had made payments. The police officer came and apologized to me, which he did not have to do but their behavior needs to be reported and I did that. They wasted a lot of my valuable time, energy and money. They made racially offensive comment about me being from a different country and using an unlocked phone. They do not tell upfront that if you got an unlocked phone then you cannot do anything with it. I switched from a different provider and regret it. I will move atleast to a different store if not a different provider. The only reason I went there was because it was nearby. read more

My girlfriend was gifted an iPhone 6S and a phone case for Christmas. The phone case ended up being for an iPhone 7, instead of the 6S. She received the gift while visiting family out of state from a different AT&T store. What should've been a simple exchange turned into something way more complicated, they needed her state issued drivers liscence, the packaging in which the iPhone 7 case came with, access to the account with which the case was purchased, etc. this actually was resolved relatively smoothly and wasn't our main issue, but rather the customer service of the Manager Bob. The sales associate JD was very helpful and kind, but the manager Bob was extremely rude. He did not acknowledge questions that were asked to his face, and even interrupted my girlfriend with a held up finger because he was busy on his iPad digging thru her account. Despite his rudeness, we thanked him for his troubles and he still did not acknowledge our words. He didn't answer a single one question from either me or my girlfriend, scoffed and interrupted us multiple times, and had overall bad customer service. We will do what we can to avoid coming back to this store, and if we must, then we definitely will not want to do any business with Bob the manager. I WAS GETTING OUT OF MY CAR AND THE PHONE DROPPED, AND THE SCREEN DIDNT BREAK.. when i put it on charger it heated up, and then i seen cracks all over it and in one area it was burnt, its crazy, so now i cant use it, I took it in and they are like no it says crack resistance, I said yes you sold it that with my life it would not break, I want it replaced I cant use it. He said no sorry, so I said can I speak with manager, he said I will call you and he will call you on Thursday, of course no one did, I called Samsung, they are a no too, I said why did you sell me this if it was not real, if I wanted to replace a phone for a messed up glass, I could have bought anything, but I bought this because of the advert.
