I don't know exactly what that means, except that you can go in the store and get excellent customer service. No waiting outside in the cold. I would highly recommend Christina A. at the Victra Verizon store in Midtown Crossing. She was able to call someone who figured out that part of my order was still pending and part was canceled, who knows why. But she stuck with it and and yes, it took a couple of hours, but thanks to her efforts, I now have my new phone. Ask for Christina A. and you will get great customer service at the store itself, no waiting outside, and no phone sales out of state.

The fact they call it "home internet" is laughable. I know hotspots from other phone carries that provide more stable connection. Please skip and use fiber optic, hard wired ISPs. You get what you pay for, trust me.
