I paid $225 for a piece of junk laptop that is only worth $80 online anywhere! There were MULTIPLE problems with the laptop I found, only after I had arrived back to Philadelphia, so there was no way for me to return it. Upon turning on the laptop for the very first time, I discovered the following: *The speakers dont work AT ALL. It only works with headphones. *It got really hot within 15 minutes of use * The screen flickered repeatedly and then the laptop shut down for no apparent reason. *The touchpad is faulty and erratic I updated all drivers, took it to a repair center in philadelphia to have the speakers fixed, and they couldnt fix it. They told me the speakers were fried and suggested buying separate speakers to plug into it, which is what I did---shell out more money for this crappy laptop..... After all that, I was so incredibly irate that I had just bought a lemon of a computer for $225 when I could have bought a much better model, with more features for that price. Then to top it off, I had absolutely no way to get all that wasted money back. I would NEVER EVER buy any product off this guy again. He is a total rip off. I do still have the laptop, but havent touched it since March. I just now was finally able to save up for a PROPERLY FUNCTIONING LAPTOP so I could post this review to warn others about his "refurbished" and "used" products. Im not saying dont buy from him, Im only saying that you should 110% makes total and complete sure that the item you are buying works before you shell out cost+profit to this guy. Seriously, make him plug it in and prove it all works before you buy it or you will be stuck with a $225 beverage coaster like me.

Well, he then let this customer out the door and then locked the door behind him. He never turned the open sign back on. So I called the store 4 times, and my phone call was hung up on the first ring. NO ANSWER! Is thus how AT&T runs their business? I have been a customer for about 15 years and at this point maybe not much longer. Was looking to upgrade my phone but couldn't. Just bad business. It makes it seem that something was going on in the store that wasn't supposed to.

Manny did a price match for me. This was important because I have paid for many repairs full price before and it gets expensive. This time I was a first time customer for Dr. Phone Fix. My 6 year old shattered his glass screen even with an Otterbox on it. Manny was very professional and polite. The whole experience was pleasant for an unpleasant situation for myself. Keeping it Simple. These are the reasons for my poor review…read more 1) They charge $34 for a $5 Sim card. Even the Boost Mobile Cust Support says this was too much. 2) They refused to give me a receipt for the transaction. 3) They charged my card too much. They charge $35 to activate (Boost Said this was a standard fee) and $35 for "chip" but the amount came out much higher. 4) They changed my phone plan without me knowing. I had a $10 and when I checked they changed me to a $50 plan. Don't go there!
