I checked my receipt, which stated that I had 7 days to return the item, so I returned on April 21st. However, I was told I couldn't return them because I had worn them, and the store needed to "contact On" before proceeding. This didn't make sense to me--there was nothing wrong with the shoes physically, and they were in the same condition as when I bought them. I simply didn't like how they felt, and I was within the return window. The staff gave me the runaround and were generally unhelpful, except for a kind associate named Blakely at the Tupelo location who empathized with my situation. Ultimately, I wasn't able to get a refund--only a store credit for the value of the shoes. I had to repeatedly follow up on my own, calling almost daily to speak with Bo, the manager, as no one ever reached out to me with updates. I've spent nearly $400 at this store in total, but after this experience, I won't be shopping here again. If you're considering purchasing On shoes, I strongly recommend buying directly from the brand's website instead of from a small boutique with high prices and an inflexible return policy.

I brought it up to higher up and only to fall on deaf ears and they choose to stand by that employee. I always paid in full and had zero problems, even when I had purchased a line of bunk coils. Until I recently went to get a coil swap because it would not register in my vape, did I get greeted with distrust and I have been vaping for years without any problems and well knowing of how to change coils. The employee half way straight up hooked the coil up to my mod and fired it off and never fully assembled the tank and said it works fine. The employee handed coil back to me and acted like I did not know what I was doing. I warn you that Nu Way will switch on you and treat you different in a heartbeat, and I encourage you to not buy vape merchandise from these people cause eventually if they question your ability to vape , even though you been doing it for years, they will not help you and deem you as ignorant.
