Woods & Water DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. I bought a $200 solar trail/security…read morecamera (Defend 360 by Tactacam). Within 2 weeks the camera stopped working. The plug end of the solar panel charge cable seperated causing the camera to not work/charge, no physical damage what so ever. I still had my receipt and all of the original packaging. I simply went in the store to swap the camera with the same model. I didn't want a refund, just wanted the same camera. I was only able to speak to a cashier about it who then went and spoke to a "gun manager". What I was told was "since the camera had been used they would not replace or refund"(camera is only 2 weeks old and still new condition) and that I would have to contact the manufacturer to see if they would send me a new solar panel with charge cable. I am so sick an tired of businesses like this selling products and if/when you have any problem with it "oh well you're SOL because you used the product that you paid money for, go figure it out yourself". P.S.- I won't put a name but the cashier I spoke to and who I have been through her register line a few times has that attitude that every customer who walks through the door just ruins her day, having to put her phone down or stop gossiping with the other cashier and actually do a little work is a inconvenience to her.

Did that & walked back to the cashier. Then she said "the other cashier will check you out". So I grabbed both shirts & went over to the second cashier. She apologized stating "the other cashier is new". Well the "new girl" needs to be trained better. Woods & Water is an extremely scaled down version of Bass Pro. I will drive to Leeds from now on & shop at Bass Pro!
