They said they were running a promotion that would allow us to send in our phones to get full credit towards new phones. I specifically asked the sales person if this was going to change my contract in any way. He said it wouldn't extend the length of my contract and it would allow us to exchange our Note 10's for the S22's. Now, I come to find out that it did indeed change my contract because now I cannot leave Verizon for three years or I will have to pay full price for each of the phones. So basically, I did not get anything for my phones that I exchanged and I am unable to change to another carrier for three years. Do not go to the location in East Liverpool OH unless you want to be lied to by a rude and overly steroid apparent sales team. They will lie to you and take advantage of you and then Verizon will not do anything to help their customers. They will lie to you and you will be stuck.
