Stopped by AT&T store just as they opened on 7-8-25. Was having issues with viruses on my phone. Took the young lady about 5-10 minutes to solve the issue and me to leave as a happy customer. Kudos to this young lady and the professionalism she displayed in assisting me. Much better service then I have experienced before at this location. read more

Have to say I was blown away at how terrible this location was. Went in to buy a new phone, 3 groups were in front of me waiting to be seen with only 1 employee actually working. Despite the line, the woman being "helped" was already done with her transaction and decided to make everyone wait an extra 20+ minutes to chat/flirt with the far younger associate. The associate did not try to end the conversation and instead fully engaged in it. When I finally got to the front a manager was assisting me and recommended the new Samsung S23 Ultra. I asked how much more the maximum storage model was (512 gb) and he lied to me stating that it's the same price as the base model, $1,200. Another manager informed me at a later date that the original manager lied and that $1,200 is the upgraded price and that the promotion only applied to the 256 gb model. When I purchased the phone from the 1st manager, he was supposed to have it shipped to the store but the manager entered an address that doesn't even exist and the package became locked by UPS. I informed the manager of his mistake and asked him to fix it, for which he refused and said that I have to do it and it's my responsibility to fix his mistake. I called UPS and they'd informed me that the package was locked by the seller so only the seller can change the address afterall. I called the manager again and he wanted me to wait for the package be returned to the seller and then buy the phone again. I told him to call UPS and fix it and he informed me that he could not, then said he tried to get AT&T corporate to do it and that they refused. He then came up with what he thought was a brilliant solution of me driving all the way to the UPS facility to pick it up myself from deep San Antonio, about 1.5 hours away each way. I told him that I'm not driving 3 hours for something I paid to be delivered to me and since it was his mistake for him to go do it. He refused and told me I need to wait until the phone is returned. It has been nearly a month now, still no phone, no refund, and still no customer service at all. read more

This is the worst AT&T store. There is always a line (they do not honor appointments!) and no one ever knows what they're doing. I have been screwed over twice and then they tell me I have to call the help line to fix my account since they can't help me. Then I wait on hold for hours to fix the problem THIS STORE created. I highly recommend going to a more competent retail store.... if you're ever in Houston, the Bay Area store by Baybrook Mall is fantastic and very organized. read more

BEWARE: UNAUTHORIZED account changes! We asked questions about making changes to our Wireless plan. The store rep could not answer our question and referred us to 611 or a Corporate store. So we said thank you, that we wouldn't make any changes until we got answers to our questions. We drove 15 min to corporate store, in that time the rep processed our account change WITHOUT our permission. This store is not trust worthy, and changed our account without permission. read more

HORRIBLE! They tried for 1 1/2 HOURS to port an additional line, to no avail. And then told me to go to the Rim store as the San Antonio store was a REAL att store and boerne is just an authorized dealer. Why wasn't I told that up front???? People were waiting for an hour +. It was ludicrous. How can these people know so little about how things function?? Note: my line was ported within 10 min at the Rim store. Don't waste your time at this Boerne store. read more

A sign was posted that masks were required. After being in there for approximately 15 minutes I noticed 4 individuals without masks. I approached an ATT sales person and she took my concern to, I believe, management. I approached the desk and again expressed my concern. Before I could get a response a customer made a comment about being "overzealous". Apparently, she has not had someone close to her die of Covid-19. Unfortunately, the ATT staff did not know how to handle the situation. I would recommend that each salesperson adhere to the "Required Masks" posting as individuals come into the store. read more

Trying to give 0 stars. I purchased phones on a bogo deal and forever dealt with customer service trying to get the credit applied.... and what do you know? A year later someone finally figures out that this location just completely set up the wrong promotion and got nothing done correctly. Costing me over $1,000 after being with ATT for 10 plus years. This was my first time using an att store as opposed to Best Buy and it was an awful decision. I'm leaving and not looking back. read more

Worst customer service ever. The big guy upfront was extremely rude and had an attitude. We just needed the voicemail taken off. He basically threw the phone at us and said to call 1-800 number because he could not figure it out. read more

My husband and I went in Saturday Oct. 27. The young man greeted and helped us while helping another costumer as well. He answered our questions, explained all promotions, and answered a Direct TV question. He stayed overtime to set up my new iphone. He even put on the screen protector and new case I purchased on the phone for me. I am very pleased with the iphone and the service. read more

I have had the misfortune of having to deal with this store for many years. This store has horrible customer service. I have yet to find one sales person at this store that is remotely helpful. The manager/management is terrible. Unfortunately we cannot travel any further distance or I would go to another store. I strongly recommend anyone needing an at&t store to find another store and drive the distance. read more

I don't understand the one star. My daughter received a new cell phone as a gift and needed info swapped and a screen protector put on. Not only where these guys EXTREMELY helpful with everything lickity split they never asked if we were AT&T customers. Which we are. I would not hesitate for a moment to return. I went in wanting a new iphone and wanted to make SURE that all of my information would be saved and transfer over to my new phone, even if I waited for a bit and then backed up both the phones later. Ernest assured me (repeatedly) that the data would merge if I backed up both phones and then reset the new ones. He said that all my texts would definitely merge together as if I'd had the same phone the whole time. Well, I just tried to do that and that was not true at all. You can choose a backup, but they definitely don't merge, as he said it would (my purchasing an iphone that day was DEPENDENT on this). When I called apple, they confirmed that this was not possible. If you want a new iphone, go to the apple store where the people are much more knowledgeable about their products and won't lie to you to get a sell. read more
