I arrived promptly for my appointment to buy a new iPhone. The sales guy was more interested in "swooning" an elderly lady talking about restaurants and recipes. When he got around to working with me, he was a bit pushy (encouraging me to buy a new iPad as an example......and accessories that I told him I didn't need). The 2 other employees (both female) could not have been ruder. Horrible customer service. Arrogant and would answer a simple question when my sales guy went into the back room. If I owned the store, I would fire all of them. read more

-100 STARs Yes you saw that right negative 100 stars. After today I wondered whether I lived Isis controlled Syria or America. I escaped Hell(Sprint) about 4 years ago into the arms of AT&T. But before I did, I thoroughly researched their network, customer service and plans, all of which passed with flying colors. Over the last four years I've never had any issues outside of reporting bad signals and slow data in certain areas. But today revealed the corporate beast. I'm not going to get into the details of the incident, but I'll put it in a nutshell. A couple of my friends who are European and who's first language is not English was having an issue with AT&T(they are 7 year customers). They went to Europe for a couple of months and notified AT&T that they would be gone and that they would returned to the US after the 2 months they would pay the past due amount. AT&T obliged, they even sent an e-mail confirmation, but then they pulled the ole' bait and switch. When they arrived back from Europe The Borg (AT&T) cancelled their account and told them they needed to pay $2700.00 up front to reinstate their account for the three financed phones they had on the account. After 6 hours on the phone, of which 3 of them it was me on the phone, we experienced purposeful hang ups, imbeciles with no idea what is going on, imbeciles who do not know anything and Indians who you cannot understand and do not listen. One dude actually took $600.00 over the phone from us claiming he could fix everything and didn't do diddly squat. Once we found out he didn't do anything to correct the situation we demanded our money back to which they said they cannot do. But when we called back another representative refunded the money, but we also called the bank to block the charge anyway. Then we came to this store, talked to the manager Rick, he said there was nothing he could do but oddly told us to go to Verizon informing us they would buy out the AT&T contracts. We ended up back on the phone again with the retards at AT&T but it was more of the same incompetence, some of which was to illogical to even mention. You would think after these two have been AT&T customers for 7 years that AT&T would reinstate the contracts with their phone numbers, but there's no loyalty or honor in these imbeciles, only Trickle Donald Economics. T-mobile said they would buy out the contracts but only with valid phone numbers linked to the account, which AT&T refused to do. We went back to the AT&T store, I asked for the manager rick specifically, and he had us waiting for 30 minutes, then he came in from the back and went back in dicking around with some of the employee's, then he came out again and drove off in his car. So the whole Saturday was wasted, we were on the phone for about 5 to 6 hours dealing with total incompetency and Spirit Airlines like customer service. All AT&T has to do is connect the two phones with two valid numbers so the phones can be ported over to T-Mobile, which they refused to do, but they have no problem is wanting us to fork over $2700 so they can connect numbers to them. After I experienced this I'm glad I now know the real AT&T, one big anti-trust avoiding mega corporation that has no respect nor loyalty to it's customers. I usually buy my phones outright, but I financed an S7 from them, but the minute I'm finished paying for it I'm most likely moving to T-Mobile. I'm also never financing a phone again, I'll just buy it, most likely a Huawei or a Xiaomi. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. read more

I have to say that the AT&T store on 18101 Biscayne has really changed they have a new manager his name is Jason top-of-the-line super nice gentleman goes all the way out to help you what a pleasure it was to buy my elderly mom a senior phone I really hope they keep him in that store I had not been there for two years because the people were just so rude but now even the technicians were really nice what a change thank you Jason. read more

Terrible service, they did not inform me properly for upgrade and now I am being charged for $346 for a month for 2 lines. They add insurance that I didn't ask for. $30 upgrade fee that they said it could be waived if we call att never happened. They gave a wrong model for upgrade and had to wait a week for the phone i asked. I was charged for two phones in one billing cycle. Do not waste your time its not even a good coverage go sprint and save time and money. read more

I am here on a Sunday night, Jan.13th 2019. There is no way to describe how UNHELPFUL the employees are on this evening. All I needed was AT&T's help in making an order for a replacement phone with Asurion, the Ins. Company. Not only were the employees RELUCTANT to assist me; but, they acted as if I'd asked them to perform brain surgery!!! There wasn't a chance in hell, on January 13th at 6:35 in the evening, that ANY of these employees( Armando,Ken)cared about my issue or in any way were willing to assist me, including the help in making a claim AND/OR selling me a plan or new phone. I felt, after having been an AT&t customer for DECADES, like I was not at all valued or considered in any way. I've been loyal to this company; but now, I think I should look elsewhere.... unfortunately. read more

All of the reviews are correct. Horrible experience here. The store manager changes every 6 months and I had a terrible experience with a rep, Noeline, who told me she couldn't activate a new iPhone for a cross upgrade. I told her to remove the SIM card because I recently did this two other times and she refused to listen to me and was very combative. I then asked for a manager and he was even worse! Kieran Christian was rude and continually told me how noeline was a seasoned rep that knew what she was doing. He kept walking away and refused to help her while she attempted to do this for another 15 minutes. Finally I insisted that he help her and he did it in two minutes. I have been a customer for 19 years and these two are a disgrace to AT&T. They need to go work in a low level customer service store where they will fit right in. AVOID THIS STORE. read more

I'm giving this location only a two stars. Most of the staff are literally clueless. However, there is a manager named Jackie, who actually knows​ what she is doing and truly understands​ all of the AT&T products. She's the only one who has"people skills". Hope this helps your decision. read more

Zero stars! Believe the horrible reviews on this one folks! I wish I had just gone to a different location its worth the drive. The customer service was the worst I ever received from AT&T or any phone company in general. You might as well go to metro if you want better customer service. The men there are not there to help you they are concerned with getting a sale out of you. The wait is longer than any other AT&T store and they will lie to get your money and treat you like a dog. The representatives at this store need customer training. They act as though they are doing you a favor to sell you a phone and give you bad service. I had a problem with my IPhone 6 plus , that I got from retention dept from at & t had a problem two days later went to apple in Aventura mall , they fix the speaker and few days later have problems again . so I went to 18101 Biscayne blvd in Aventura,fl talk to Alexandria Santisteban and ask to exchange the iPhone for another one that is brand new , WOW got New one the one with white and silver Awesome Alexandria go Everything on my phone , like contacts, pictures, all and everything I ask her to help me with was done with the Best Customer Service and knowledge !!! Five Stars and a half out of 5 stars . BEWARE: The sales people at this ATT use shady tactics to get you to sign up for plans, telling you it will be one price, but when your bill comes, it is MUCH greater. Armando sold me a $35 month to month plan. I asked him to verify several times. He insisted I wouldn't pay a penny more. Fast forward a month later, my phone bill is $93.14. Tried to call ATT and they said they aren't responsible for lying reps. Very shady. The contract I signed even said $35, but ATT adds fees later that they claim don't need to be included in the contract. Don't trust the employees here! Also, This ATT store is a kiosk inside the mall. And No one ever answers the phone. read more

Store looks good- serves no purpose. I had two visits in one day, and three separate incidents where the uninformed provided poor guidance and wasted my time. Travel, wait and bait and switch sales pitches cost be a little over an hour. Maybe if they had a working inventory system, and picked up the phone at the store it would have been a better experience. I ended up at Best Buy (I thought AT&T would be a better alternative for an AT&T issue- what was I thinking). Don't waste your time, unless you have time to waste. read more
