Inconsistent service...awesome or poor when I go. I have gone to upgrade phones, pay bills, ask about features, get accessories, and activate new service. The level of service and the attention to detail varies from associate to associate. From being skipped over in line to not all the parts being in phones have frustrated me. On the other hand, I have experiences where the people there go above and beyond to debug my phone...and get it sent back to factory specifications after the phone stops working. My advice to anyone when you shop...see how attentive the associate is when they great you or not. If not...walk away and find another location. read more

Manager says she will be right with you and that your next and then disappears to the back and never comes out. Mind you the store is packed. What a poor manager who doesn't help her staff and appears to just sit in the back. So disappointing. read more

Adriana, the store manager, refused to honor the warranty for my screen protector. I provided my receipt and showed the purchase history on my app, yet she still would not allow the customer service representative to replace the screen. The only reason I purchased a second screen protector online was because, during a previous visit, she refused to replace it unless it was linked to my account. When I returned with the new one properly linked, she still refused to help. To verify the details, I called the account holder and told them that Adriana and the store were liars because she falsely claimed she had never seen my receipt. While I was speaking on the phone--not yelling, threatening, or being disruptive--she kicked me out of the store. There were no other customers in the building at the time. This experience cost me $110 unnecessarily. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and shopping at the Havana store on Garden, where they honored the warranty without issue. Adriana should be retrained in customer service or removed from her position, as she is not upholding company policies fairly. read more

The manager treated us like we weren't worth her time. Horrible customer service. They don't care about people and lie about promotions.

12/24/24- Don't go to this location my experiences with them destroyed my holiday. They do not care about customer service and lie to you. A little while ago One of the employees sold me the AIR wifi, told me there was a 2 week trial period and that since I had phone service with them I would get it at a discounted rate. The day I set it up I found out on the phone that I would not get the discounted rate for at least three months since that is how long it takes to set up autopay with them. I told them to shut down the service and returned the equipment the same day. The I started getting bills. I went into this location and they told me I had to call in since they have no access to the internet stuff even though they sell it. Why is this location selling products to customers that they have no way of helping with? This is a horrible business practice. When I called the lady on the phone was rude and refused to help me. I went back into the store and talked to the guy that had sold it to me. He said to give the account time to clear and if it still gave me issues for me to come back in and he would work with his manager to try and fix this. The today on Christmas Eve I get a threatening text message that if I did not pay the bill, for what was within the trial period, that I would be charged late fees. I went in like the guy told me to and was treated horribly. The manager came over and said that she had told me that she could not help me. I asked her if she would just stay with me while I called customer service so that she could verify with them that I was supposed to get the trial period. Instead of staying with me she went to be on some call meeting which treated me as subhuman and showed that she did not care about her customers or what happens to them as long as she makes her sells goals. One of the other employees at least stayed with me. He should be the manager and she should be fired. Also a location should be barred from selling products that they can not help the customers with. I was treated as less then human and AT&T thinks this is ok since this is how their employees treat people. read more

Dude, it was fast, easy, and I got the phone I wanted. At no hassle. Most of these lower end commentators are thinking they can come in and get a free phone and forgot about the taxes. Carlos and Esmeralda are very nice, Carlos wasn't pushy, we signed up for Directv and a extra line for me to have my phone. My phone looks great, AT&T is the daddy network! I'm having a good time. I would come back any day ! read more

Awful! Absolutely awful. My boyfriend and I went in to see what deals they could give us to possible buy us out of our contract with Verizon. We went in and after the associates were done helping the customers that they already had, Dani helped us. She provided good information but in a very cocky way. After she went to the back to give us some time to discuss our options in private the store lead manager came up to us and start a conversation with us that seemed very OFF. He insisted to look at the condition of our phone, my boyfriend phone had a case on it that wad screwed if, he unscrewed it and noticed the crack on the back of the phone. His exact words were "wow man you don't take care of your stuff huh? Well when you go to trade it in we won't say that it had a crack on the back of the phone." Dani then comes back the the table and the manager shows her the back and they both look at each other and say "I didn't see anything.. did you see anything? Nope sure didn't." We decided to cancel the deal. We paid a 20$ lock in fee in case we decided to change our minds. Dani told us the we could get that refunded to us if we did. Well we did a day later. It took me TWO DAYS and 10 phone calls to different departments of the company to finally reach someone who could help me with this. RIDICULOUS. I even tried to text Dani for help as she gave me her business card with her info. She read my text and never once got back to me. Awful service, sketch company and the worst management I have ever seen. read more

One star because they held the door open for us to enter and leave. I don't know if it is because it is the day after Christmas and the workers are irritated that they have to work (instead of having another day off), but the customer service we had was absolutely dismal. The gal was unfriendly and not helpful at all (maybe she met her sales goal for the day, although it was 10:30 am). We had simple questions about my mother-in-law's account and the sales gal acted like we were asking her to move heaven and earth. I understand we all have bad days, but when your job involves any level of customer service, you have to suck it up, paste a smile on your face, pretend you're not pissed off at the world, act professional, and do your job. If I want surly, I'll go to Gunther Toodys (are there any of these left). I don't work retail, but I do have some level of customer service I provide in the job I do, so I suck it up and get my professional persona on, especially on my bad days so that I'm giving the best level of service possible. Don't go here, go to the one near Havana & Mississippi. We got 5-star service there. read more

To follow up, out of 7 lines with AT&T 2 as of this weekend are with Verizon. After this week my whole family will be switching thanks to Your deplorable management from Flor and Jamie. Still working on contacting operating manager and filing a consumer complaint. read more

I wish there was a 0-star option. I went in to try to check out a S21 before I consider switching services. After 5 minutes, I left. First and foremost, and most concerning, is that the employee NEVER acknowledged my presence. Also, there were no displays of the device. read more

Poor Customer Service from General Manager! Kicked my disabled Veteran Mother who walks with a Cane, out of store. If I could give her -5 stars I would. I had been going to this location for years and never really experienced anything too out of the ordinary for a retail store. I came in with my mother in June to get her a new phone and that's when everything went South with this Store location. I have gone back twice since then to try to get billing issues resolved and the first time they kicked me out of the store for voicing my opinion, and the second time I stood there for 25 minutes and not one employee tried to help me or assist me, when it was very apparent I was having trouble with the bill pay kiosk. I Will not go back to this location! My recommendation would be to go to the Mississippi and Havana store! They are much nicer there. read more

Being in the store for 30 minutes, no one came up to help us. When a staff walked by us, he just said "excuse me". That's it! Didn't even say, we will be right with you or anything! Yeah, if you don't mind wasting your time and being ignored in this store, you can go there. read more

Two people standing around telling us to wait while three other reps are busy. Customer service here has been bad in the past too...only came here to adjust my service plan, and have been waiting for 15 mins so far. Another couple of folks have come in as well...both told to wait by one of the two non-busy people on one of the three busy people. read more

Terrible customer service. We were told one thing then they tried to change their story and not honor what they had said. I work in the customer service field for a billion dollar corporation and this is not how you treat people. read more

Don't get AT&T service if you are living in Washington Park, Denver. They made changes to their network about 1 1/2 week ago and my phone now doesn't work. Their tech support people fail to call back and when you call the regular customer service they don't look at the record and take customers through a quagmire of questions - every time. Terrible customer service, terrible tech support, and a terrible network. I just want to know if I'm going to get my service back (after 10 years) and if so, when? I can't get an answer out of AT&T. My advice - Don't go to AT&T if you are living in Washington Park and until they get a better network. read more

This place is always short staffed , I have been waiting for over an hour , only 2 employees and the same 2 customers, who is the management ????? This makes me consider another wireless service , instead of spending so much money on advertising your products how about respecting your existing customers at the store level, our time counts too!!!!! read more

Carlos, if you read this, I hope you understand you make the entire phone shopping experience terrible. You are the epitome of a miserable employee who hates their job. In case this is true, you should highly consider getting an education to speak proper English and give accurate information. read more

Worse customer service and follow up ever. Came in to upgrade my cellular phones and ended up signing up for new Direct TV service also. WHAT A MISTAKE!! One of the worst experiences I have ever had when it comes to customer service. Was quoted $75/month for Direct TV by Ryan and store assistant manager Larry. Received my first bill and it was over $200.00. Spoke to customer service on the 800 number several times and was told they couldn't do anything and I needed to go to the store I originally signed up at. I tried contacting the store managers several times by phone only to not receive a return call. I ended up having to go to the store and was able to finally catch up with the store manager Jordan. I was promised a $100 credit and a phone call from Jordan the following day to confirm the credit, which I did not receive (the credit or phone call). I was also supposed to receive another credit to get the bill to the $75/month which I did not receive either. I had tried several times contacting the store manager (Jordan) and his assistant (Larry) once again, only to never to receive a call back. I have now been working on resolving this for a week with the store and on the phone. I finally received a call from Jordan on Friday after calling his cell phone and the store all week only to let me know that there was nothing he could do either at this time. He suggested I call and set up a payment plan for the $200 plus bill I received. That was absolutely ridiculous so I told him there is no way I am going to do that. Due to the bill being 3 times the amount the estimate is for I am trying to cancel my service, but am unable to because the account is suspended for a bill that wasn't paid that was 3 times the estimated amount. Once I am able to my services will be cancelled. Beware when going into this store. They are anxious to make a sell but not so anxious to fix things when paperwork is done incorrectly. Please get your employees proper training for whatever services you are going to sell. If I didn't have to click a star for review I would give this store a ZERO! Respectfully, A long time loyal AT&T customer. read more

This AT&T store has the worst customer service reps and manager. They were very rude, disregarded everything I had to say as a customer and the female manager would not even assist me with my phone. There was only one other customer in the store and I was completely ignored. I waited over 30 minutes and the young customer service rep was the worst experience I have ever had with his mean and rude demeanor. He was cold, not helping at all with my phone issues then ignored me. I sat and waited to talk to another customer service rep and after he was finished with a customer he got up and walked away. The manager of that store did not even look at me knowing I needed help. 30 minutes later another customer walks in and the manager is completely friendly with this customer that walks in. I have never had horrible customer service like this. I was polite in my questions and needed assistance but this store is the worst place I have ever been to with the customer service help. The female manager and young employee should be written up for their disrespectful conduct with their customers. I have never written a review on yelp, however the treatment I had at this store needed to be discussed to the public. read more

We went here because they are the nearest corporate location. This means you will be not be forced to buy unnecessary cases and screen protectors. Went to this location I think his name was Connor from Alaska. He was very friendly and efficient. Next day went back to return the case i bought. Found another one for 35 dollars less. I paid cash for the the phone and case. I went back today to get my cash back for my case. The girl told me they can't give me cash back. I ask for a manager and he said that they can't give me my money back, because he can't start the day negative. They only have one hundred dollars and we can't give you half of that. Wow, I was just there less than 10 to 12 hours on a Sunday and they told me to come back later tonight to get my cash back. I then proceeded to go to 2 other locations which are just retail stores so they can't help me. I gave up. I had my kids in the car that were hungry and At&T is hard up for money apparently.. read more
