On top of that they tried using a third party company to fix it behind my back and eventually I got it back in the same condition because of the delays and lack of communication. In the same period of time I got my IPhone 12 fixed as well, it took about 4-5 days but recently I dropped it and I noticed the back of my phone cracked and glass was coming out. Originally it had fiber glass panel so it's barely possible for the glass to come out so I realized they put a regular glass back panel which is a way cheaper material then the actually iPhone quality material. it's my fault for coming here.
