I was very specific in my request of wanting to upgrade my tablet and one phone. Both of which were eligible for upgrades. I made it clear to her that I did NOT want insurance on the phone as well. Mariah took it upon herself to change my entire plan, add two new lines to my plan instead of upgrading my lines and added insurance!! All for what? The extra commission? Absolutely ridiculous. Apparently I'm not the first this has happened to. Please watch every single step these shady folks do and get EVERYTHING in writing. I've learned my lesson. Now I understand why I shouldn't order a phone and why I should sit there while they waste time activating it bc it's the only way to prevent this scam!!!

I asked him about my 2013 Macbook for up grades he said no buy a new one nothing can be done. I know I can upgrade to Catalina. I also know I can upgrade my ssd and battery. He clearly had no clue about repairs on models of MacBooks He also did not have a charger for 2013 models but just one to test. Which is dumb because his store is full of MacBooks you work and service them carry more chargers

If I had purchased the…read moreMacBook air from Apple, I would have gotten a newer model for that price and there would have been a warranty. Instead, I'm sitting at the apple store waiting to replace a broken screen, and finding that I'll need to purchase another computer, for 850.00, but which will include 150.00 off and a 150.00 credit. There's a reason why you go directly to apple to buy a used apple. Don't buy one from these guys. They'll charge you too much and you won't get a warranty. As a bonus, they never answer their phone or return messages either.

Here's the story: the original owner of the Lexus dropped and lost the 2 key fobs into the snow. He didn't find it until a week later and by then the key fobs were totally dead and had water marks inside. I took the 2 key fobs to the "certified" Meade Lexus dealership in Southfield and they told me it could not be fixed. I didn't believe them. I took the same 2 key fobs to Batteries Plus and met the coolest guy, Cory and he said he will try some things like dry out the key fobs and put rubbing alcohol on it and see what happens. He did an amazing job and got it to work! Thanks Cory!

Once AAA had jumped it, I called around to find a new battery and there were none to be found in the area (dealerships, auto parts stores, battery shops, etc.), until I called Motor City. A bit of a "hail Mary", I almost couldn't believe it when they told me that they had a choice of new or refurbished batteries for me, for (at most) 60% of what the dealers had quoted for a battery to be delivered in a week. Before driving the 45 minutes/45 miles, I called again to make sure, and asked about borrowing a wrench, and Nate told me that they offer free installation in their drive-through garage. Seemed too good to be true but it served, actually, to recalibrate my metrics for expectations. I pulled right in, and the battery was changed out in 5 minutes. I paid and was on the road home in 10 minutes. Awesome!!! Highly recommended!!!
