They charged me over 259 because in the process of cleaning we misplaced the cable boxes that were meant to be sent out. I found them and drove them personally to their store where they told me I'd be seeing a credit on my next bill. This was 7/31 so I assumed in August. Nope they shut the internet off on me then too. Then slapped a $100 reconnect fee on top. You can never catch up with these crooks. So I paid an extra 250 for the equipment, it's September, the credit should be on my account right?
