Todd Varnadoe was our agent for this purchase and will be our agent for the next. His insight and…read moreprofessionalism makes him stand above the rest, and we met quite a few in Siloam. He listened after asking the right (difficult) questions and put together a plan to get things done in the amount of time and money we had budgeted for this property. It doesn't take a lot to open a lock box, say "here's another bedrooom that can be an office" several times and point to stainless steel appliances before "letting us have a few minutes to talk about it" It takes a dedicated professional with a plan ... to eliminate the houses he knows wouldn't work (See "Listening after asking questions") and never tried that amateurish trick to see how far beyond a stated budget he could push. He didn't waste our time or make us feel like we were wasting his. Putting the deal together was the easy part for Todd, as he continues to work with us after the sale to get the property prepped for our move ... and we're already looking for a second property ... which he's already a part of. A big Big BIG part of me wants to keep him a secret because I don't want him getting too busy to do the terrific job he does, but that would be wrong. My wife and kids even wanted to get in on this review. From Them: Thank you Todd for helping my family and I out while looking for a new home. You made everything easy for us and were so helpful in your suggestions of where to look and even made our stay very enjoyable, giving us suggestions to things to do around town. It's not easy trying to find a house when there are individual needs that each member in our family has, and you found the perfect home for us all. And in the whole process, you never made us feel like we were a bother, or that we were wasting time. You always returned our messages and answered all our question. You made what is normally a very stressful time in someones life, to being a very calm and actually fun experience.

Chance Schubert NextHome NWA Pro Realty What can I say about…read moreChance - he is tireless, patient, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. My husband and I are based in California, and we were looking to relocate to Northwest Arkansas. We began our search online months ago. We were referred to Chance and NextHome NWA Pro Realty by our local NextHome agent. From the beginning, we bombarded Chance with questions and requests. He never once said no!! He had an answer for every question. Those he didn't know right off of the top of his head, he found the answers and got back to us quickly. He was very knowledgeable about HOA's, price points, taxes, the best parts of town and future building and growth, etc. In the months before our actual visit to Arkansas, Chance would visit our picks and give us his honest opinion - he learned pretty quickly what we were looking for and adjusted to our wants and needs. After months of searching online, we finally made the trip to Arkansas. When we arrived and spent a day driving around, we realized that none of our online picks would do. So, we started from scratch. 4 out of the 5 days that we were there - we saw 10 to 12 houses a day. Once again, Chance never said no (well, there were a couple of neighborhoods he said no too - thank goodness!). We were rewarded with our perfect house in our perfect neighborhood. As we have 2 years to retire, we are using Chances's property management company to find tenants. For a reasonable fee, his property management company will find renters and do credit checks. Chance is also coordinating the minor repairs the home inspector identified (he also set up those inspections). . Chance made it so easy and stress free. Chance made everything easy and fun. He told us about local restaurants and places to visit and we were never disappointed - in fact we were delighted with all of his recommendations. Don't look anywhere else - Chance and NextHome NWA Pro Realty is your one stop shopping.

In that time, we were directed to a few different realtors. From being treated as a low price-point buyer to being completely ignored at times, we got very frustrated at the realtors that we were being sent to. That is when we were connected with Joel. Joel took notice of our needs and realized that even though we had a wide range of desires and a lower budget, we did our research on a home before we even tried to get a walk-through. Joel looked at us as two humans rather than too low of a commission. They took the time to truly get to know us; through our talks with Joel and his wife, Korinda, they found a house that fit everything that we wanted and needed. If you are looking for a home and want to be treated with hospitality and respect, stop searching and call the Edwards Group. You'll never find a better group of individuals, let alone realtors!
