The facial was amazing, and Katie was very knowledgeable and professional. She made some great recommendations for my skincare routine. Then I did a lip flip with Rachel. I've always been someone who really struggles with needles, but Brooks was incredibly gentle and patient throughout the entire process. She took her time, checked in with me often, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was her knowledge and professionalism--she clearly knows her craft inside and out. She explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and informed, which helped ease my nerves even more. On top of that, she has such a calm and reassuring presence that made the experience far better than I ever expected. I couldn't be happier with my results and will absolutely be going back to her. I highly recommend Brooks to anyone, especially if you're a bit nervous about injectables like I was!

The asymmetry alone was enough to break my heart every time I looked in the mirror. Add to that nerve damage/synkinesis, not pretty. I have researched options to lessen the disfigurement and met with MANY doctors (so many doctors). I was preparing to travel to California to meet with two doctors there. One blessed night I searched in Charlotte one more time. I found Dr. Kulbersh and Carolina Facial Plastics. The CFP team are a fantastic group of professionals. I have never experienced such amazing responsiveness from any medical professional as I have with Carolina Facial Plastics. They know their business. It is very apparent that Dr. Kulbersh invests in technology, education, equipment and, most importantly, his team to bring the best possible results to his patients. The Groupon does not mention anything about her speaking to you about the service as being part of the 60 min facial. The Groupon comes off as if you get a full facial for 60 minutes without her doing an intro. After the session I simply asked about the 60mins and also asked about the peel because it didn't feel like I got one but she said I did so I was ok thank you and I was good but then all of the sudden she got upset because I simply asked for clarification. I didn't lose my attitude or anything until I felt like she was trying to argue with me and started putting it on me that she doesn't make money off of Groupon. She lacks customer service skills. I left irritated more than relaxed. I got a 40 min facial Vs a 60 min. Wish her the best.

I was never into skincare before meeting her, but she really helps me understand the importance of it. She does micro-current treatments - I did one a week for 6-8 weeks and now I go monthly. I also have done medical grade chemical peels with her, which give you a few days of intense peeling, but are so worth the after effects. I get microdermabrasions and skin infusions every 6 weeks or so. I appreciate her educating me on products to buy for my skin type to keep my daily routine up to par to make the treatments worth it. I think this education portion was missing when I tried facials in the past. She is also really sweet and funny, so it's always a good time visiting for the treatments. I definitely recommend you see her!
