The ride was easy to book online but if you need to change the reservation, you have to call a number and it's a guy picking up who doesn't answer the phone with the name of the company or anything, and he's also very abrupt. The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.

He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional. They were able to work with me and my price point, and despite it being so close to the holidays and also a last minute idea - they found the perfect vehicle to escort me, my son and his 3 best friends to his birthday party in the city. Their driver was exceedingly professional, and when the kids got into the car there were balloons, ambient lighting, interactive iPads with game and music options, a crown for the birthday boy and they even gave him a gift which was above and beyond expectations.
