The dispatcher called me back immediately after I left a message with the company, and was friendly and helpful in coordinating travel details for an airport pickup for my parents, who are... not technology friendly. Dispatcher called me back the afternoon of my parent's scheduled arrival with specific info on their driver - name, phone #, etc - in addition to trying to text it to them. (Nice try, my parents don't understand texting.) Their driver called moments after they stepped off the plane, and he was available curbside to them as soon as they'd collected their luggage. I'd warned them that there was quite a bit of luggage, so the driver had even brought an assistant to help him load up. Mom reported that the SUV they sent was clean and well cared for, and still had plenty of room for her, my dad, and their 8 suitcases. Driver was friendly and attentive. Mom could not have been more pleased. She even asked for his card! (Mom NEVER does this, because she finds fault with EVERYTHING.) I think it's safe to say we've found our new transportation service! ETA - this company and 1 Luxury Limousine are the same company. (Reviews are pretty great on both.) Not sure why there are two profiles, but it seemed worth mentioning.

Thank God the woman running my job interview was kind & understanding! I had noticed an improvement since using the app, but now it's right back on Freedom Taxi standards. I scheduled a cab at 8:35 to pick me up at 9pm. At 8:53, I get a call from a guy saying he's 10 minutes out & on his way. So far so good, right? False! I checked the app at 9pm & it said he had passengers in his taxi. When I called him at 9:01, he said he was on his way to get me & would be right there. 10 minutes later I get a call saying he was outside. Clearly he picked someone else up on his way to me. And I needed to be AT my destination by quarter after--that's why I scheduled ahead!! I'm so frustrated with Freedom Taxi!!

The driver has always been at my condo 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup for early morning departure. Last Saturday we came back to PHL (1/14/22) from Palm Beach, Fl around 5:15 pm. The driver called and texted us to let us know he was waiting in a White Lincoln, clear instructions of meeting place, and we found his car as soon as we left the terminal. He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional. The guys told there was a "glitch" not enabling them to read our tickets.
