Horrible company. They not only delivered our rental 2 hours late, it came muddy and completely soaked in water. My 3 year went through and came out wet, dirty, and smelled of mildew. It was so bad we couldn't use the inflatable for our party at all. I complained the next day and asked for a refund. The company is uncooperative and tried to make it my fault even though their website states that they deliver a clean and safe product that has gone through a sanitation process. I know that wasn't true because the delivery guy told me he picked it up from one site and brought it to me from there. The worst part is how dismissive they were with my compliant. I was not trying to unreasonable. I simply wanted a refund because the product they delivered was unusable. Instead of apologizing and working with me, they put the blame back on me and had me pay or they would file criminal charges against me for theft of services. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I got cheated out of several hundred dollars and threatened to comply or else. If I could give a zero, I would. I had no problem booking my two water slides but they did not deliver them. I had to call them to see what my ETA was. They did not call me first. They told me that my order would not be there until an hour and a half after my event. That would have been 730pm. DO NOT USE THEM. THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO NOT COMMUNICATE ISSURS THAT ARISE.
