I got a laugh from the review below complaining about waiting for an hour from her appointment to see the dentist, she clearly has never been to visit a dental or medical professional in Puerto Rico, typical wait times are on the order of 3-4 hours and appointments are usually just advisory. Dr. Cruz has always been timely for me, except for once when there was an emergency case which he allowed to skip the line.

Dr Blanco does not take…read moretime to explain treatment to patiens assuming they know course of treatment, dosent like to listen and is very sarcastic when confronted, fillings are not done correctly and have to be replace in less that a year and has to be paid out of pocket. Outdated equipment and a/c not working which is a bacteria heaven. Secretary dosent ask for health insurance approval for crowns ( this was confirmed with insurance)and when confronted tells that Dr Blanco requested to be at the beginning of the year when there are more than 5 months for the year to end.
