Outdated equipment and a/c not working which is a bacteria heaven. Secretary dosent ask for health insurance approval for crowns ( this was confirmed with insurance)and when confronted tells that Dr Blanco requested to be at the beginning of the year when there are more than 5 months for the year to end.
