This is a good head shop. They've got a great selection of smokables and accompanying paraphernalia and the staff has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. Most recently, they sold me a box of cigars at a great price! Definitely a good option if you're in the area. read more

Charged me 100$ extra on a Friday night at 2AM, smh........ I got my refund because I check my transaction history 30 mins after. I had to press the clerk about it in order to get my refund but that is completely unacceptable. Avoid this scamming deli... read more

Not on the up & up here. Went in for some assistance to help preserve cigars. Sold me some stale humidifying packs that would have dried out the (expensive) cigars I purchased for a present. Luckily had some friends that steered me in the right direction. Wouldn't refund the money. Just a real FU vibe too. read more

My boyfriend has a liking to this place, however I had a rather different experience. I went in the store to get a cigar for him since there was virtually no parking and the employees pretty much treated me like I was invisible. He ended up coming in the store because it was taking soo long and he was concerned. This establishment does not deserve my patrionage. I personally would never return to this store read more

I've been coming here for years now, until today I didn't think much about how this place swindles you out of money. About a month ago I came in here and bought some stuff and the clerk behind the counter offered me something for free and I didn't notice until after I left he actually charged me for it. Fast forward today, I went in to buy 3 of the same item, the guy asked me if I wanted to buy the 5 they had left and I said no 3 will be fine, he left 4 on the counter and tried to ring me up for all 4, I explained I only wanted 3 and that's when he started to give me an attitude, so I explained that this would be my last visit, at that point the man behind the counter called me a white piece of shit. No wonder why this place is never busy, they treat people like shit and try to get people to spend more money than they need too. There are plenty of other smoke shops in the neighborhood and I'm sure the service is better and most importantly cheaper, the prices in this store are outrageous and they should be ashamed. It makes a lot of sense that every time they sell something they have to take a picture of it, it wouldn't surprise me if the staff has been stealing from the owners for years. read more

Be careful. They are selling knock-off cigars. I bought some cigars for a wedding here. They were all dried out. When I compared them to others I had at home I noticed the labels were off. read more

Large selection in a small location. I was impressed by the amount of highend and low end smoking products. Cigarettes, cigars, glass products, hookahs (& parts) Vapes and oils. Service was good but the May not be able to always explain why one product is supirior to the next. They reminded me of my products warranty and insured I walked out with my receipt of purchase which was commendable. read more

Best place to go for any hooka, vape, and cigar products and accessories. Shishir is the guy to go to for anything you need. Best place in town! read more

Astoria Cigar Corner - Thank you Shishir! - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Astoria, New York

This place is a COMPLETE RIP OFF. I passed by on my way to a friends house & decided to take a look inside for a replacement glass globe for my vape pen. Having broken and replaced quite a few of them, I knew what I was looking for and how much it should have cost. I asked if I could buy the glass separate (as I've done many times in other head shops) and he said yes, but proceeded to take the glass off of a full atmos unit and tried to sell it to me for $20. I told him that was double what I've ever paid anywhere else, and with that he physically took it out of my hand when it seemed I wasn't going to shell out the money. He then tried to sell me a complete unit for $35 until I saw the same product was marked a different price ($20) . This place is fishy. They seem more interested in price gouging & taking advantage of the uninformed than being honest and helpful. There are many MANY other smoke/head shops in the area, save yourself the cash & frustration. You've been warned. read more

They sold me a battery for 10$ more than it actually costs. Scammers!

The thing I like most about this place is that they sell Tangier's and Fumari shisha which are both better then Al Fakher and Starbuzz. There aren't many places in NY that carry these brands, at least that I've been to anyway. read more

Good for small things but there vape section is not to be trusted ...I bought what I thoughtvwas a protank 3 for over 40$ there 20$ online I did not want to wait so I paid it ..and when I got home I found out it was fake and the thing leaks all over the place ill never trust this spot again ... there is a much better nicer spot like 4 blocks away on Broadway and 37th st that is much more professional and they gave me the right item at the right price. read more

Just happened to stumble on this 24hr spot when I used to roll my own cigarettes. Long story short, I've been coming back here ever since. These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a great selection on e juices at fair prices. read more

This is a great place. I walked in knowing what I wanted and the price I was willing to spend. They matched it beautifully and their prices are comparable to online stores with the added value of having it right when you want it. My Vision Spinner 1300mah battery died and was only looking for a battery for $30 max. They found me an e-cig starter kit for $30 and to my surprise the battery was an excellent eGo 2200mah battery. I also picked up a Starbuzz 250g can of White Peach shisha for when I feel like smoking hookah. I will definitely be a return shopper here. read more

The friendly knowledgable staff made my trip here convenient and enjoyable! Pricing matches websites. Owner checked both my batteries to make sure they worked for my dry tobacco vape. One didn't! He could have let me walk out without checking but his honesty saved me from the **no refunds/no exchange** policy! Check ur merch before you walk out! What a great experience!! read more

Awesome vaporizer, thanks to the staff Shahariar and shishir who sold me this vaporizer..I wish salesmen was as helpful as they are

Had a great experience, I had called to ask about a product and they we're glad to answer all my questions, AND they have a lot of amazing products more then I thought, not only that but they were at great prices! They definitely beat my expectations! I highly would recommend coming to this spot & this is certainly my favorite spot. Rahim is awesome, ask for him at the counter :) read more

Went to by a brand name Vapor pen here. The sales associate pushed a no brand name pen he assured is better on me. 3 days later the vapor pen falls apart after never really working good to begin with. I asked for a simple exchange or return & the employee wouldn't even consider it. Will never return. read more

My husband was doing a favor for a friend. He rushed in to buy a box of its a girl cigars. He was sold a damaged box. He was assured that the cigars were ok. He took their word for it. He paid $165.00 plus tax making It $180.00 plus $10.00 for a cigar cutter. Later we find out that the box online from a good website is only worth about $75.00. We find this very disturbing. Afterwards many other Astoria locals informed us that this store has a reputation for ripping people off. Sad since my husband was lived his whole life in Astoria. Himself and the friend that the cigars were for are well known in the area for being respected business people themselves. We figured that on Steinway there may have been a markup however more than double the retail price is not acceptable. Sad that this happened in our own community. We have tried to shop locally to support Steinway street. However this is not the first example of merchants thinking they can get one over on locals that have lived and made their livings in Astoria. read more

I've been coming here for months and always received great service when buying e-liquid or shisha. Recently I was in the market for a new vape and Shishir helped me find the perfect one. He was very knowledgeable about the options available and chose one for me based on my vaping habits. I am very picky when it comes to vaporizers and could not imagine buying elsewhere. Thank you so much for the great service! read more

Disappointed again in the lack of help. 3rd time I've heard "come see us if you have any trouble with your purchase" but all I get is a shrug when something goes wrong with one of their in-house products. Finally learned my lesson read more

Everything there is all cheap glass! It's seriously not far off from plastic! None of the name brands are authentic! A real roor pipe has "made in germany" at the bottom. They just put stickers on cheap glass and call them the brand! I just spent 43 dollars on 3 extension pieces that literally just shattered the 1st time of use! Everything is overpriced to the max for terrible quality! Avoid at all costs! Place is a huge rip off! read more
