We called and they claimed we discussed what would happen with our members balance after passing.. we never did we talked with Olivia said for the balance to be refunded. They were paid their fees from a separate account. They ended up taking extra and we now have to get our lawyer involved which won't end well for them. It was very difficult watching my grandma for her final years, over five years now, falling into dimentia. If you ever have the misfortune of talking to someone named Austin may God help you. He was rude, condescending, and accusatory. Offered zero solutions to help my son and wanted to blame me for all of my son's issues (which stem in large amount from my son willfully and intentionally not taking his medications). During the phone call I did get defensive as I'm human. I didn't take well to someone being judgemental and making assumptions about me or my life when they knew nothing about me. After 15 minutes of him browbeating me and blaming me for my son's issues he randomly put me on hold because hold music suddenly came on and after a few minutes I hung up. If this is how their "therapists" treat family members then I feel bad for the patients.

After skating for a while a gentlemen came out and told us that we needed helmets and need to fill out some paper work, so we heading inside to find they had a con session stand basketball courts, weight rooms, a swim pool and much much more. Outside of here they have soccer fields and other sports fields. I recommend anyone in this area that is looking for fun or faith, they should check out this places website and see all they have to offer, they have memberships for everything inside, but it's free to skate at there skate park.

The other half of the pool is zero entry and great for kids. The place is always spotless and the basketball courts, indoor track, excercise room, and cafe are worth the membership!
