A combo AC/Furnace was installed on top of our home and was not seated properly. (In addition our knotty pine paneling was cracked around the thermostat and a large air vent they put inside our living room). The city inspector checked their work and found it unstable and had them redo the roof supports. Nonetheless, we had roof damage to the point where when there was a really hard rain (once a year in the desert) we had a stream of water. We hired Ben for years for all our heating needs before buying the AC/furnace from him as we considered him a friend. In our last contact with him, he essentially indicated we were liars, as well as demanding and unreasonable, since he put in the unit years ago. He did not mention that the work done, by his unskilled help, was what caused irreparable damage to our roof. We would use anybody but Ben Foster, due to poor oversight of his workers, covering up sloppy workmanship with little bandages until the warranty was over. We did not expect him to re-roof our house!! We do feel he did not stand behind his work when the unit was improperly installed in the first place. The entire unit should have been resealed after the first floodlike leak we experienced. Use someone else.

He was friendly and explained that this company enjoys helping home owners with these kind of electrical needs that I had at the time.
