I needed someone with knowledge of soffit repair who also had the ability and appropriate equipment…read moreto safely mount my garage roof to access and repair an opening in the soffit of the eave of the second floor roof. Got that? Among the coupons in the Consumer Pak that came in the mail was one for Saratoga Roofing. It said they also did siding in addition to roofing. I figured that might give them an advantage. I called, talked to a real person, and explained what my problem was. I was informed that their estimator, Oleg, would be contacting me to schedule a visit. I received the call from Oleg not more than 30 minutes later. He was able to schedule a visit later that same day. When Oleg arrived, we reviewed the work that needed to be done. Taking advantage of his presence and knowledge, I pointed out a less urgent problem with the soffit in a different section of the house, and a concern I had with some siding at a third location. He assured me that the two soffit problems could be fixed and that I did not need to be concerned about the siding issue. We then agreed upon a price to do the soffit repairs. I was next actually surprised to see that Oleg was prepared to do the repairs right then and there. He unloaded the necessary ladders, tools, and equipment to safely scale the garage roof and fix my major problem. With that section of soffit resolved he moved to the other side of the house and realigned and secured the other soffit. I can't be more pleased with the service, promptness, and work performed by Saratoga Roofing. Oleg was very personable and a pleasure to work with.

I don't know where to begin on how amazing this company is. We were referred by another customer,…read morewhich is always a good sign. The duplex townhouse we recently bought had a 34 year old roof and desperately needed replacement. Brian, the general manager, was our point of contact. What a sweetheart of a guy! Funny, personable, and *extremely* knowledgeable. He coordinated with our attached neighbor so both sides would be done at once and the roofline would look seamless. The pricing was well within expectations. When work started, his crew arrived promptly each morning and got straight to work. I must say, these guys work fast and hard. It's worth mentioning that they cleaned up their debris beautifully. The place was spotless when they finished. Brian has a good sense of cosmetics on the house and he wrapped the windowsills and replaced a rotted piece. You can see the difference immediately, in the pictures. It looks like a brand new home. We got compliments from our neighbors immediately. Brian went above and beyond our expectations. We are so blown away by him and the company we are looking forward to having them replace our interior doors, as well. I wish every company had this kind of integrity and quality.

Started off well, with him coming for a quote in a timely manner. Then, went downhill. What was…read moreoriginally quoted was out of my budget, so I tried to get it to be something in my budget. I asked for a few things, in order to lower my price (for example, taking care of debris myself, installing some shutters myself, etc...). I received a lower quote, but the numbers didn't make sense. As well, I was supposed to have samples brought over, and they weren't. I called and asked about it, and about the numbers, no response. I emailed, no response. I called again (a week later), and got him on the phone. He said he ran out of samples, even though he was supposedly bringing them over a week earlier. He said he'd leave them on his front porch if I wanted to pick them up. He started going off to me about not having time to discuss options with me. And, that since it's a small job I wasn't really too important. I hung up, since it was going nowhere and that's no way to earn my business. If you don't want my money and business, someone else will get it. If I want options to be within my budget, that's my prerogative as a consumer. If your math doesn't add up, I have the right to ask about it. If you don't want "small" jobs, don't quote them.

Our septic tank hadn't been pumped in well over a decade. It's a seasonal house, but it had still been entirely too long. When we found it, full to the brim (no surprise, but lucky it hadn't overflowed), they pumped it out for us. They also were amazingly friendly as they explained what was going on, let us know what we should do in the future, and cleaned up after themselves. The price seemed more than fair for how much work they put in, and we'll certainly be calling them up for any septic needs going forward. Thanks guys!
