I am not sure what Tom may have previously indicated, but I am the one who oversees offboarding." "Thanks so much for your opinion, there is a reason we are not continuing to work together. I have looped the rest of the Board and Tom back in, and I will be sure we get you the documents and records by the end of the month. While I don't see any reason why it would actually take that long to close out the admin/financial piece, my priority remains the clients with whom we are contracted in 2026, and I will focus on offboarding your account within a reasonable timeframe." While, based on our experience with them WHILE they were managing our property, we did expect to have issues with the transition, at this point I just want to warn any other potential clients of how they handle both current and past clients. There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. Their apartment communities need so much work that if they actually did right by them they probably couldn't afford a new project. Exactly what is wrong with corporate America, not the large corporations but the small Crawford-Hoying type of glorified slum-lords with seemingly no integrity. When they first met me they came to my home to see the property first hand and understand what they had to work with. They took care of preparing the property for the market with cleaning and repairs. They listed and showed the property, and vetted the applicants quite thoroughly. They even rejected ta few applicants because they could not pass the background check. This is reassuring since it lets you know they are carefully evaluating whoever applies. If something needs fixing or the tenants are late with payment they respond quickly. On a few occasions they made repairs that were inexpensive. They are efficient at contacting me via email or phone when we need to talk about something. Their fee schedule is very competitive as well. I would recommend PCF Resources to anybody.
