Everyone we talked to and dealt with was knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Our appointment for an estimate was scheduled at a time convenient for us. The representative arrived promptly and discussed our needs. He made recommendations for improving the security of our house that did not require purchasing equipment from the company. He explained what monitors and alarms he recommended and why. When the system was installed, the installer was respectful of our property; cleaning up after he had to drill to mount equipment. He made sure we understood how to use the system before he left. The office staff followed up after installation to be sure everything was good. Highly recommend!

Finally the second TV was going to be installed upstairs in the loft and needed to be connected but no connection or wiring was in place. Adam and Lenny the owner made it all look easy. We have had our condo for over 30 years and have experienced the joys and travails of finding people to perform various jobs at our condo. Lenny and Adam are part of the joy group. After investing the necessary time to investigate companies who could assist with Tax filings, I…read moremade the decision to hire 7B Accounting & Tax, LLC. From my original communication interviewing the organization, all the way through the initial Taxes filed, 7B Accounting & Tax has proved to be a solid business decision. If you have any need for a professional and on top of it firm, I will highly recommend you contact Stacy even if you have retained another service provided initially and here's why. Through the research of other tax service companies, I found several national service providers to be misleading and that have outsourced to foreign countries providing work with ZERO accountability when it comes to our government. Several of the companies I interviewed tried to oversell me on unrealistic expected outcomes while leveraging fear to win my business. At 7B Accounting & Tax this was not the case at all as I found Stacy to be the most ethically sound, setting proper/realistic expectations and customer focused on the industry. They have followed through with every single commitment made to me since my first call to them around when she began her business. I get the same high level of quality, honesty, and integrity today that they committed to provide pre-sale of their service. Stacy followed up with me on every question or concern I have had throughout the process for my tax clients and filing my own personal and business taxes ( 7 businesses ). All the while providing me guidance through every step for the future.
