Expecting serviced to be done and after 8 months of waiting, ya I may get rude. Refused to meet with me. Does all work through an assistant, not a CPA. She is not who I hired. He is being sued by several clients and do not make the same Mistake we made. DO NOT HIRE HIM. Cost me thousands of dollars. See you in court.

You go in there…read moreassuming since it's Walmart, you can get your taxes done at a reasonable rate, but by the time you leave, you're taxes are filed and you owe them $655.00. They DO NOT tell you up front how much it is. My son went in there and they told him $200 to $300. He only had 3W2s and nothing else. Half way through the appointment, the preparer said that because one of the W2s was in another state "it was going to be a little more". My dil is a stay at home mom and babysits the landlords son in exchange for lower rent. The preparer put them down as "self-employed". There are not self-employed. There was no 1099. The landlord does not claim the "daycare" trade. JH charges by the form, regardless of income, regardless of refund. My son and daughter-in-law went there thinking it would be an inexpensive place to get their taxes done. They are young and inexperienced and have a newborn. My son was in the Air Force, who previously did his taxes. He made just UNDER $17,000.00 last year and was charge $655. That's more than $3,000.00 BELOW POVERTY LEVEL. Steer clear of this RIP OFF TAX PREPARER!!!!
