I have lived in so many apartments throughout the valley and this was honestly my favorite by far... The area is gorgeous and there are so many parks within walking distance. The apartment itself was gorgeous and I love having my front door inside a building. The common areas are beautiful and kept very clean. Maintenance was very quick to respond to work orders. I always felt safe and the area was very quiet, with courteous neighbors. The only reason I'm moving is because I can't afford the rent anymore. read more

This would be a 1-yr review of the place and we really enjoy living here. The location itself is convenient for me and the area overall is quiet. It is next to a school so mornings can get busy if that's your route but nothing you can't live with. The unit is the perfect size, amenities, buildings, surroundings kept clean (except for the occasional residents/neighbors here and there). We've used the gym, the lounge, the lawn games, etc. and these are all great amenities that we love having 24/7 access to. Also having an amazon locker is just a necessity you don't really get to appreciate if you haven't experienced living in an apartment complex that didn't have one (stolen, missing packages, etc.). Last of the favorite perks would be the monthly food events, because we get to try different things that you don't even realize you're craving for until it's there. Very nice touch for residents. Overall have had a great experience with management and maintenance. They were very patient with me when I first moved in even after all my questions and my own misunderstandings, and the maintenance crew have always been quick to respond to service requests (the last time was when our smoke detector battery ran low and gave us some trouble at night, maintenance drove over 30 minutes from his home to fix it = thank you again)! read more

Good afternoon, I'm writing this review because I've just had enough of this complex. The amount of shit/pee around the complex is insane and so fucking DISGUSTING. This is what we come home to on a daily basis in the elevator in the parking lot and in the hallways. They do have maids that come in weekly to clean but it's just the horrible tenants that don't give a flying fuck to pick up their dogs shit. If you plan on moving here I would say keep looking. There was a woman near the pool who lived in a unit surrounding the pool who told my 10 and 6 year old to shut the f*ck up while they swam and jumped in the pool at 7:30pm at night. Security was also called on them for no reason as the quiet hours was at 10pm. read more

I loved living here back during the pandemic. The units are beautiful and we had a 2 story loft with strip view and it was the best thing ever. We never had issues with bugs or appliances. What a beautiful community! We love the front office staff, they are very friendly and reliable. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. We feel safe with our children in the complex. The grounds are kept and if there's a maintenance issue it's fixed in a very timely manner. Parking is never an issue for us either. Only good things to say about this community! read more

I moved here last August 2023 and it has been very pleasant. Whenever I put in a work order, it is worked on & fixed immediately. management is very helpful. I lived here for a year and I must say it was an extremely pleasant experience. Let me start by saying that everything was always spotless, clean, and smelled amazing. The amenities are like a 5 star resort. I had a spacious 2 bedroom unit facing the pool, which was beautiful and calming to wake up to daily. Also, the property manager Sasha is such an amazing, caring person. She always brightened my day with her kindness and was on top of everything. She is GREAT at what she does. Her level of upkeep on the units and entire property combined with her warm personality was always appreciated as a resident. I highly recommend Aspire at Sunridge. Not only are the units and amenities perfect, but the staff and manager Sasha are exemplary of how every apartment complex should be. If I would have seen all this as part of the "tour" given I would have NOT moved in here. If you plan on moving here I would say keep looking. If you don't want to step in pee or poop find somewhere else. When I moved in I noticed food crumbs underneath the stove and refrigerator were not deep cleaned, not to mention every filter and airway and bedroom fan were disgustingly covered in dust. The outside of the washer and dryer were dirty. The washer is also extremely loud. Its also frustrating as a resident trying to enjoy the amenities like the coffee station for the "lifestyle" fee of $45 they charge and you have maintenance/cleaners waiting to make their coffees after you, can't help but to feel pressured by them, so rude. One of the maintenance guys is so loud when he talks, I either get woken up by his obnoxious loud voice or I can hear him all the way from my apartment while trying to enjoy my rents worth of a peaceful quiet day. Sasha's tone and attitude also needs to be addressed. read more

I moved to Sunridge in 2020 and recently transferred to another unit. I love this community so much it's always kept so clean and beautiful. Maintenance is always on property making sure of that. The manager Krystal has always been so helpful and involved made my moving experience so easy. I was so worried when she announced she would be leaving to another property, but the new manager Sasha is also just as amazing. Any time I've ever had an issue or a concern she always takes the time to make sure it's resolved and follows up. truly makes difference when the property manager actually cares about their residents. I've had very bad experiences in the past with other communities. I'm so glad I finally found a great community where the management is truly professional like this one. read more

We thought you had our best interest in mind. I now see that Aspire apartment is a shady organization. Making a couple pay for a redecorating fee when no one has lived there beforehand, then coincidentally the rent drops when questioned about it. No thank you. When I specifically asked about charges hidden fees etc you purposefully left out information regarding the redecorating fees and waited for me to see them or not, in the quote. This apartment complex is definitely going downhill. Here's why: 1.) Aggressive cost-cutting: They're now charging a $45/month community fee that nobody asked for. It's merely to extract additional profits. They say it's for "community events", but it's not nearly as much as what they're collecting. It's literally ice cream and wine around once a month. Additionally, just today, they did Gestapo-like checks of every single unit and implemented lower water pressure in all of our sinks. My guess is so that they can save on water while also maintaining the same billing that they charge to tenants. Prior to this, they also announced that they're hiking utility bills. They are finding every way to squeeze more money. It's really a horrible look. 2.) Safety hazards: Building 1 has had a sewage smell for the longest time. Even Deysi, the front desk receptionist, will likely agree because she's literally there all day smelling it. The smell leaks into the gym area, which makes it impossible to work out without the constant smell of sewage and bad air. 3.) Lack of maintenance: The hot tub area has been out of service for quite some time. There's foam building up. They cut off heating to it recently. Now they're going to do maintenance on it for at least 1.5 months. It doesn't take that long to fix. They're just looking to cut costs It really hasn't been this bad until around earlier this year. It's likely due to new management. I'm not looking to renew my lease here for all the above reasons. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This place is literally the most UNPROFESSIONAL place I have ever lived. From management (Garrison with the smart mouth in the front office) to a bunch of policies I've never even heard of. I logged in to pay half of my rent and would pay the other half tomorrow. Management in the front office is able to manipulate the system to fit their needs. Low and behold I am unable to pay. When I first moved here, I had to constantly take cold showers because the hot water heater did not work. The maintenance guy had to come constantly to "fix" it. Also, upon arrival, the apartment was not clean. We put in maintenance requests almost every single day until it was finally fixed. The complex smells like dog urine and there is poop all over the grounds where residents do not pick up after their dogs. There's always someone sketchy trying to come into the "gated" community. The elevators are always dirty! I am not the one to complain but this has by far been the worst experience ever!! Deysi is pretty nice as she tries her best to rectify situations that are beyond her control. The 4 plus stars are a bunch of BS! Save yourself the hassle and please take heed to the 1 star reviews. read more

I've been living here for about six months now and absolutely love it here! It's very quiet and the neighborhood is great. Staff has remained attentive and courteous. People kind of suck here when it comes to the trash but staff is always on top of it. My only complaint is that the main gate doesn't always work when trying to enter and there's been a few times when exiting when only one side of the gate opens...? It's just been wonky ever since it needed repairs so I tend to stick to the side entrance (ol reliable). read more

The level of customer service I've received from Angel, Krystal, and Shenaiya have been amazing. I had been emailing Angel since a few months ago, and she did great follow ups regarding the under construction building being able to be pre-leased. She sent me quotes immediately, answered all my questions.. and was such a pleasure to talk to. Email and phone. It's a new building so not much wrong with it. The little issues I had was immediately fixed by the maintenance team, and they are equally great. Very polite and respectful of our space. Such a great location and I've just been happy overall. These apartments went downhill horribly! Let me start off by saying that the grounds and the complex itself you can tell that people no longer care about how everything looks around here. As soon as you step out of your door, it smells like piss all over the place. People are constantly letting their dogs poop in the rocks, and all you're being told to do is take pictures of it and send it to the office to make their jobs easier. New management and new employees are nothing like Krystal and her crew! Krystal was the best! Nate was the best maintenance guy there he always had the most pleasant personality and never mind doing anything around the complex, which is why the grounds always looked great. They want you to pay all these fees monthly, but then the windows need to be power washed on the outside, LIKE EVERY WINDOW. The windows also need to be insulated. I can definitely say that when Krystal was around, she got things done and didn't hesitate and I saw her rolling around the entire complex. I feel like as a leasing manager, you're supposed to ride around your complex weekly, at least monthly to see what needs to be done what needs to be fixed on to keep your complex or units up to par. If I were a leasing manager, my property would be so on point that if any issues came about I would get on the staff because I knew that they would be not doing their job especially with how on point I'd be! People are lazy that run that place. I hope it changes for the company's sake. read more

Rented here in 2019-2020 and I have to say this is one of the best apartments I've ever had. What made it the best was not the apartment itself, although it was very, very nice as well but what really made it the best was the management. Krystal (the manager) was always so nice and she tended to any concern you had! She also saved my life when I got heat stroke in the parking lot, she got me on the golf cart and took me back to the office, called the paramedics, gave me cool rags, Gatorade, and water. She is by far the best manager and more importantly one of the nicest human beings I've ever met. Gerson in the front office is an unbelievably cool human being and was also so nice and tended to any concern we ever had. We just moved in yesterday and since we've seen this place two months ago we were so impressed with everything and also the level of professionalism, especially Angel! She made me and my husband feel very VIP and at home here. Also when we had to approve our income she helped us out so much, where as in our old apartment the manager literally read our bank statement wrong and said how do you think you can rent with 800$ in the account. But that was what was left. When she saw we put 8000 in the account she totally changed her attitude which made me angry. And that place (rancho ocaso) was trash compared to this place. The experience i had over the phone with Shenaiya Johnson was literally the BEST! In 24hrs i met with 4 different apartment complexes, 3 of them in person, and not one of them was as helpful, excited, warm, and welcoming as she was- and she was just over the phone! She went one more step and face timed me so i could see the unit as i was in another state! Unfortunately we did not end up renting with Aspire at Sunridge Heights because we were able to find a different spot that worked out time wise for our move... BUT I recommend Aspire to ANYONE who is looking for a home and a property management company that makes them feel welcome, comfortable, and important.
