We have shopped here for years and Harbor Freight in general has always provided reasonably priced items -not high quality but functional for a small project. That said their ICON brand has proven itself to rival some of the top brands on the market. Their stores are always well stocked. They often run decent sales. I have been loyal to them for go to hardware tools and the like. From now on, I'm going to have to look elsewhere. The service at this location is beyond incompetent. As much as I am a proponent for 15hr minimum wage - these folks don't deserve whatever it is HF is paying. Dismissive, rude, unprofessional and when I tell you they are doing the BARE MINIMUM - I can't even say they do that. Install self-check-out - I would rather a robot then these pathetic, ignorant and unprofessional representatives for Harbor Freight. They won't even put the items in the bag they ring you up without so much as a nod, smile, how do you do - much less interact with you at all. I honestly don't even think they tell you the total. I asked for a bag, and he literally pointed to the bags sitting right on the counter. On another visit I asked the girl who was literally putting things on the shelves where to find a specific item and was told "I'm going on break" and walked away. Yet another occasion two cashiers had a line - when next in line as I started to put my stuff on the counter, he looked at me and said, "you have to go over there - I'm closing." It would be different if these were isolated instances; however, this is EVERYTIME I am there. Taking my business elsewhere. I'll reiterate here SELF CHECK OUT
