It's even neat to regularly see the man himself, Da Luigi. He makes every effort to ensure your comfort within the restaurant. During one visit it was a hot day and there was outside seating setup, but all were occupied. We went inside to sit and he saw that we were hot, and directed us outside to a table that he had setup just for us!
