I had an old furnace. Close to 30 years old. The gas valve failed. Furnace is running, but no heat in the house. In December. At altitude in a rural area. No way I could get new parts for a furnace this old in any kind of reasonable time frame, or at all, for that matter. The team at Aspen Grove responded to my call right away. They were able to get the old furnace checked out and verify the problem with same-day turnaround. They got a new furnace installed next-day. I live in a rural area. Trying to get somebody out within 1 week for a job like this is rare. Next day turnaround is super fast! Everybody I talked to, whether it was over the phone or at the house, was polite, courteous, and good humored. The removal of the old furnace and installation of the new one was quick and clean. (Also remarkably low-noise. I expecting a lot more sound, but they were very good about trying to minimize any sort of disruption to my day.) I did a bit of research before committing to the install. The quoted price was perfectly reasonable for my area, especially for a next-day turnaround. And nobody pressured me. They gave me options, and when I said I needed time to think, they were really good about letting me do just that. This Thanksgiving, we are thankful for Tom and Ben at Aspen Grove Plumbing and Heating. Our furnace died the week before Thanksgiving. Tom and Ben installed our new furnace during a snowstorm two days before Thanksgiving. Tom ended up having to upgrade the furnace to fit the unique (and difficult) location in our house, but he still stuck to his original quote, even though the furnace was more expensive and the installation more difficult than he anticipated. He did all this while under the weather himself. Ben was a delightful house guest, with good humor and a smile throughout the entire installation, despite my 5-month old puppy and 15-year old dog constantly trying to harass him, LOL! I would highly recommend this company to all my neighbors in Park County and any of our surrounding counties. I had some leaks due to Amerigas not filling the propane when it was scheduled. Frozen toilet, thermostat failure, and dishwasher frozen. This all happened last year in December of 21 through this year November of 22 as I could not get Amerigas to fill the tank for months on end. After tank was filled I called Aspen Grove and they set a time and date for me to be there and, as a matter of fact they were early on the date my repairs were scheduled. I have used them in the past to replace my water heater and they did an excellent job at that time. My past experience this month 12/22 was outstanding as I expected. In late Spring this year, I returned to my summer home to find that several pipes under my crawl space had frozen and broke. Water came shooting out of several broken pipes under my house. It was a situation that needed remedied immediately as I would not have water until the broken pipes were repaired. I called Tom at Aspen Grove Mechanical. He responded immediately. We arrived at our cabin the Tuesday before Thanksgiving to a hot water heater that wouldn't light. Called and spoke to Katie that night and she shared Tom would call us in the am. True to their words, Tom called and was able to have Ben come that afternoon to get us going. If Tom is not available, his wife Katie will answer your call and pass information on to Tom. they will come on a weekend if you're in a bind, and pretty much come right on time. Talk about a master of his craft! We had them replace a boiler and hot water heater. My husbands father is a retired master plumber and said these guys are master plumbers.
