Dr. Please pay $150 dollars at the front desk. No one wanted to look at his skin?!? Not even a "maybe we should take a look" at your arm, or back, or any part of his skin in general. Had a horrible experience with their billing department. No one was able to help me at the call center.

I went in for and IPL treatment to remove brown spots on my face. The treatment didn't do much for the brown spots but left me with two burns on my forehead. I sent photos back and received a phone call from someone in their office suggesting maybe it was something I had done claiming that this had never happened before. When I countered that yes it does if the person performing the treatment isn't trained properly. I was given a prescription for a hydrocortisone cream which of course I had to pay for. 0 stars if possible. I went in not long ago to look at a simple wart on my big toe and a dry patch of skin under my arm. Made sure that insurance covered it all before I went in and the front desk said yes. Just got my bill for $339.60!? All the doctor said was to put some cetaphi lotion on my arm and somehow that is $170.14? And looking at my wart and did a little liquid nitrogen then told me to go buy some wart removal and that's $169.46? This place is nothing short of a scam. Go find a different provider that will actually help you. My wart and dry skin hasn't changed at all. Don't go to Aspen Dermatology. read more

Several years ago this was a great place. Now they act like you just ruined their whole day by coming in just for a sit down and ask silly questions, then they give a diagnosis without ever looking at anything. And they lied or are uninformed of various forms of treatment. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where they will talk with you, and spend time to examine you, then provide good follow-up as needed. read more

Okay, this is hard one. The receptionist was so nice and friendly. The place is clean! I waited about 25 mins overall. Not too bad, but not good either. I saw NP Gasser and while he was very friendly..it was bad because I'm not 5 yrs old. He didn't examine my skin. He just laid against the wall in a chair. He joked about not being able to help me and other small jokes. I don't mind jokes, but you gotta be a good jokester. I wasn't sure how to take him or the jokes. I told him I think my skin is related to my stomach issues. He went on to tell me how all his patients with stomach issues, when he worked in the ICU would just die before most heart patients. Then he asked me what I wanted to do as treatment for my horrible acne. Idk, that's why I was there!!!!!!! I could've just called them and told them hey I have acne will you write me up some scripts? Lol....No exam, just jokes and weirdness. I won't go back. I don't recommend this NP. read more

So far, so good with Aspen. They respected my request to try less risky solutions and outlined a regimen that did work to help me heal. Staff is helpful and accommodating. The usual redundant paperwork that is prevalent in medical practice. Better than the alternative of having all medical and personal info accessible online. I'm returning with new issues. read more
