SCAM SCAM SCAM I chipped my front tooth, real dentist couldn't see me for a couple days. Aspen says come in in an hour. I go in and wait hour and a half...fine. I go back and they look at my tooth and it's a pretty easy fix. Then they get me out of the chair and take me to this weird waiting room, and the girl says she's "trying to see if the dentist has any appointments today"? WHAT. Tells me he can fix it but hell have to squeeze me in and it will be a couple hours. My "appointment" I made to come right in was only to see what's wrong, not do any work. Translation...run my insurance and get paid for the visit, X-rays, etc etc and then bump the real work off. read more

Terrible! I never even got to make my appointment. I have to get an exam to be cleared for surgery, and this office had an opening the next day. When I called to set up the appointment, they told me I could not unless I gave them my insurance information first (my information had been purged from the system). I told them I would have the information the next day BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME (I had to go to my union hall and get the info), but they refused to even set the appointment up until I had that info. What if I was paying cash? Could I just not get an appointment then? I will not deal with any medical professional (I use that word loosely here) that goes out of their way to make things more difficult on their patients. Aspen had been my only dentist in years, so my choices now are to skip work tomorrow and sit down with a phone book calling every dentist until I find one that takes new patients, hoping one has an opening in the next 2 weeks, OR reschedule my hip replacement. The level of inconsideration toward a customer I have never in my life seen. All because they don't want to have to do the paperwork the day of the appointment? Never again Aspen! I will go to a dental school and let a student work on my teeth before I would let this office go near me. read more

I went to this office and the dental technician that did the X-rays was unprofessional didn't know what she was doing looked sloppy and wanted me to take my teeth out and acted like I was crazy when I asked for water or a sink the dentist was awesome so I overlooked the tech & her behavior even when the dentist was done she left me in the room for over an hour then I came out and said excuse me what am I waiting for and the office manager said oh I was at lunch so you were waiting for me so I sat in an exam room from 3:15 to 4:30 bc the office manager was at lunch ok so I went back to the room grabbed my things went to the front and sat at her desk and then she told me that my insurance only paid half for my denture and I said no it doesn't she said what makes you think you're so special you're just a regular patient and I said bc I know what I pay for so I called my insurance and put it on speaker phone and she felt stupid when they told her they pay 100%! Then she proceeded to tell me a basic denture was 2700. Not it's 1775 for a full set then the next up she tells me is 3600 Not it's like 2600 then tells me the next is 4700 Not it's 3400 she was still trying to make me pay 50% or THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE ME WALKING AROUND LOOKING JACKED UP BC I ACTUALLY PAY FOR MY INSURANCE AND SHE VIEWS PPL ON SPECIFIC INSURANCE AS ALL THE SAME! I'm working in Daphne, AL for just a few months. I had a temporary crown come out, and I called and made an appointment for the very next am. Dr. Singh quickly and expertly recemented my crown, and I feel very lucky to have found him and his team. The clinic is really nicely run and attractive. His office staff and assistant were also very professional and friendly. I hope I get home before needing any additional work, but if I do, or if I lived in this area permanently, Dr. Singh would be my dentist...absolutely! read more

I would like to recommend Aspen Dental in Daphne for their great staff. The DR's are amazing in making you feel comfortable. I seen DR. Jamila and Leslie which are excellent DR's. My complaints would be, you never know which DR. you will be seeing for each appointment. I would feel more at ease seeing the same DR. each time I visit. I also feel that the manager or whoever is responsible for the phone service should get it straight. I called for 3 days, numerous times leaving messages with no return call. Finally my husband drove to the office to set me an appointment. The next available time to get me in was 1 week away. I was in pain, but had no choice but to take pain medication and wait it out. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that there was problems with the phones. I hope that Jakayla and Regina stay with Aspen and are rewarded for their Professionalism, competence, work ethics, and courtesy. My wife called this place. We needed a tooth extracTed immediately because of days of horrible pain. The lady first said we'd come in a 5:00 today. She just called. Told my wife we'd have to have 2 appointments and it won't be until next week. My wife asked if they did anyone with pain or any kind of emergency and she said 'Never'. My wife explained the pain. The lady told her that she didn't care and that they do not have anything to do with emergencies Then told us to try somewhere else just before she hung up in my wife's face. If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. I drove 2 1/2 hours to be told that because I didn't confirm mine and my children's appts they filled our slots with someone else. I told I confirmed by phone and also called the call center to confirm and also confirmed by email. The receptionist who I later found out was also the office manager said that she saw where I called the call center to confirm and that I also confirmed via email, but they still had the appts on hold and filled the slots with someone else. I have never heard of anything like this in my life. Not only will I never go back but I will be contacting this office everyday until I can speak with one of the owners and I will tell everyone not to use Aspen Dental ever. read more

I have found this place to be an amazingly professional, timely, organized and precise dentistry!!! I had to have way more work than my insurance covered, and they helped me break it down into affordable visits, and they did what they could until it was done!!! Went for a cleaning and consultation about wisdom teeth removal and talked to the finance office about the clear braces they offer. I was approved for financing. Next thing I know I've got a bill where they financed for the cleaning and wisdom tooth surgery that never happened because the oral surgeon did not feel comfortable with extracting due to nerves wrapped around them. I have insurance that 100% paid for my cleaning but yet I was billed for that. They finally credited for the surgery never performed but it was a hassle to even get someone on the phone. I still need the cleaning to be credited back but I cant get anyone on the phone. So I'm over paying for something that covered just to protect my credit. I went in and was told I need a root canal. I am in pain, I am new here, so I said okay. They gave me a huge quote despite my insurance being accepted. Turns out there was an error by the office staff. I contacted my insurance, got it corrected and called back. They promised to straighten it out and call me back right away to schedule the root canal. This was 3 weeks ago and despite leaving numerous messages, I have never been given a return call. I am in pain, mind you. They did find the time to send me a bill for my X-rays, though, and figured the insurance out for that! Never, ever go here. If I could give zero stars I would, I had a dental appointment at Aspen Dental but experienced a series of issues at the dental office. I provided all the required information to an employee at the front desk she asked for as insurance card, identity card my husband's name, and date of birth as he is primary for insurance, and waited 20 minutes in front of her face to be called in.  During the dental x-ray, she came inside the x-ray room and asked for my husband's Social Security number, I explained that I had his social security in my cell phone and I would provide it later, while I was unable to speak during the x-ray.  After a few minutes, another female employee asked for my husband's date of birth and social security number. I expressed that the social security number is confidential but offered to provide his insurance member ID number instead.  The employee left without responding. This situation made me feel like I was being treated as a fraud. Later, a male employee apologized and explained that they had everything they need and do not need my husband's social security number and the employee is new. Despite the apology, I still felt embarrassed, and I believed that the office could have asked for the information earlier or after completing the treatment. So I left the middle of treatment without getting to see the Dentist. Office employees definitely need some more training. read more

So I go in and they check temp which was kinda high due to I slept on a heating pad all night and kept my hoodie on because the cold bothers my tooth appt at 8 didn't get seen until 10 everybody after me went before me then after all the xrays my tooth is hurting again just for them to tell me that the only way my tooth can get pulled is if the next patient dosen't show!! This dental office is super pushy, they make you jump through hoops just to be seen as a patient and get a simple cleaning. Hopefully you don't have any cavities or need any work, because they will overpromise and over bill you. Their work doesn't last long and you end up with more problems down the line. The doctors are dishonest and don't have your health in mind when they treatment plan for you. The whole office from doctor to front desk are backstabbers, who talk rudely about you the second you turn your back to them. Their treatment plans are designed to get the maximum amount of money out of you, not make you healthy or fix your teeth. I'd recommend finding a family dentist you can trust instead of this corporate chain it's like the McDonalds of dentistry except that would be a complement because McDonalds is at least safe and consistent. Aspen's poor quality has the potential to hurt you and they are spotty and inconsistent. read more
