Never again! I had some work done there to replace an old bridge. I was happy with the work for the most part, but the cost was outrageous! Fast forward about a month and my wife went there. She was told she had to get a full set of xrays including the whole mouth xray in order to be seen. Nobody checked or asked if insurance covered these xrays. Of course they didn't cover the full mouth xray. I received a bill and called to dispute. I told the person at Aspen that if they would have checked with insurance they would have known that they weren't covered and could have given my wife an option. They also tried to get her for $900 for a gum treatment. She went to a different dentist and it was $150? Don't go to Aspen! Ripoff!!!! read more

I've been here many times due to needing a lot of work done on my teeth. Dr. Jung is awesome. He explains everything you need to know, and walks you through each procedure. The dental hygienist is very kind and informative as well. Being very insecure about my teeth, I'm always worried about being judged but the people in this office made me feel safe. read more

Time here is relative. If you make an appointment For 12:30 you might get sent back to the chair at 1:15. Then you will sit in the chair for 30 before anybody contacts you. If the dr says they will be back in 10 min they might come back in 30-45 min. After they are done it will be another 30 min before you are able to leave. They have turned every appointment into a 3-4 hour stay. I made an appointment for 1:30, when I walked in at 1:25 I was told everybody is still at lunch! I sat in the lobby for another 30 min before anybody took me back to the chair. read more

This place is a complete joke. I had a full extraction which mind you I was traumatized from. I Got no pain meds to help ease my pain. Was suppose to have the implants. But never recieved a call when to come back in. I paid well over 2 grand that day and all i got was some temporary dentures that made my mouth sore to where i cant even wear my bottoms. I had went there to see if they could look at my mouth beings i could feel a decent size bone in my gums and they refused to see me because they were getting ready to close. Absolutely horrible experience. I had an appointment for an extraction. My appointment was at 3:00 p.m. and when arrived at 2:50 p.m., the entry doors to go inside were locked. A staff person saw me standing outdoors knocking on the locked doors but the staff person just sat down and didn't even acknowledge me, even though she saw knocking on the locked doors. Lynn, the receptionist, is very rude and standoffish; Lynn was this way on the telephone, too, when I scheduled my exam. Lynn "put a bad taste in my mouth" from the get-go. The newly-graduated dentist from dental school, Dr. Yesha Kirankumar Golwala, was not knowledgeable and hard to understand. The dentist wanted to do a root canal and put a crown for thousands of dollars but I just wanted the tooth extracted but the dentist said she would not extract it. I asked for a prescription for pain medicine and/or an anti-biotic but I was refused a prescription for both. Again, regarding Dr. Golwala, my implant has a hole in the back of it. I asked Dr. Golwala why there is a hole and she said, "The filling fell out." huh? What filling? An implant does not have a filling. I left in pain. Avoid this place. read more

Went in for a teeth cleaning was told they were in network. This was 5-7-18 got a bill from my insurance BCBS for $ 376.00. Called my insurance company and was told I owe because the dentist was not in network, called Aspen Dental found out that someone put the wrong Tax ID for the dentist on my claim, so it showed him not in network. I have been calling and checking because they say they are waiting for info on what to do. But that's all I hear is waiting!!!!! We all know where this is going right !! From 5-7-18 now is 7-17-18 still waiting. Not too happy with Aspen Dental Danville and won't be back. If I could give you a negative 100 stars I would-Only go here if you want to be made to feel like you are less than what you are because you can't afford expensive services. I went here for a filling that fell out and was told they could not do that until $700 worth other work was done. Really I already had a filling in there that just fell out and now supposedly the hole can't be filled unless my gums (on the outside of my tooth) are perfect. I'm just supposed to walk around with a hole in my tooth....gotcha. I was made to feel like I was worthless because of not being able to afford it. I was asked if I wanted my teeth .....no please just let me walk around toothless....what a dumb and demeaning question. I am sorry I can't afford more than what keeps me going day to day with my teeth. I would love to have the "perfect" smile but unless your Dr.'s are paying for this then they and your staff should not make me feel less of a person for it. When I made the appt the girl said oh yes not a problem we can definately either fill your tooth or pull it the same day as the appt. Nope! Was sent home with a huge hole with from the filling that fell out! When I asked about pulling it was told nope it's a viable tooth. COME ON!!! Seriously. This is the 4th chance I have given you and each time I walk away feeling horrible. Your business is a joke you are only in the business of taking money!!! Not helping people!!! read more

This is the biggest rip-off dental office I was ever in. On 07/02/15 I went in to have a tooth checked that was bothering me. They did the $19 exam and I knew the tooth had to be extracted. I was badgered by the dentist to have 3 crowns done and when I told her it was not going to happen she kept the pressure up. I was then given a $2500 estimate and they wanted to do that work before the extraction. They finally decided to do the extraction. I paid and left to return on 07/09/15. I forgot to ask if I should discontinue my blood thinner and called back a few minutes after I left. I was told they would call right back. They NEVER did. I called back on 07/06/15 and asked why. I had decided by then to cancel and told them why. I told them I had already contacted MC as they pre charged my account and the clerk said You did not have to do that. The clerk had a really lousy attitude after I said I contacted MC. The only good thing I can say is my account was credited by 07/10/15. The reason I went there was I wanted to be close to the VAMC in case of excessive bleeding. I have found a local dentist and was told right away to discontinue my medication 3 days before the extraction. I would have had the work done there if they would have called back and the clerk LIED when she said they were trying to get ahold of the dentist.
