Be careful about the therapists you do therapy with at this clinic. Apparently they like to employ therapists that accuse clients of lying after a simple misunderstanding they didn't bother to reach out and discuss. really disappointing I have been a client of theirs for YEARS never had a single problem and we've now parted ways because my therapist decided to accuse me of being dishonest instead of reaching out herself or asking the clinic to reach out and understand why I had thought there was no appt when there in fact was supposed to be an appt. Spoiler alert I use my phone for all my and my husbands appts which included my therapy appts for the next year and the reoccurring event was accidentally deleted from my phone and by the time I'd realized it was deleted from my phone I had already missed the appt. that's it. read more

Brett is a great therapist! He helped me deal with my OCD through EMDR therapy. He's kind, soft-spoken, and very attentive. The office space is a bit unusual though. My appointments were in the evening when there wasn't a receptionist, so it always felt empty when I got there. But, I'm sure it felt more alive and welcoming earlier in the day. read more

I've absolutely loved my experience here at Aspen Counseling. I went here a few years back when I was struggling and I love the support I felt not only from my therapist but also the staff. I've been very pleased with the level of service and my therapist Matt is a great fit for me.

I absolutely LOVE my therapist. There is nothing I would change about her. This review is for the office. They are very much centered on the financial end of therapy and keep things pretty cut and dry there. I was hoping that they would be more focused on the customer service end of things because they primarily focus on the financial end. I've brought in paperwork for my drivers license, for ESAs, and for probation. All things my primary therapist (from a different company) filled out without issues. They are all standard documents for us that are mentally ill. However, this office will not allow their therapists to complete simple and standard paperwork for their patients. Luckily(ha), I see two therapists, but after being rejected from having an ESA paper written when I've been a patient with my therapist at Aspen for almost a year, I really felt the need to warn other people who need accommodations that you will need another provider to get what you need. read more

We were sooooo disappointed with this counseling service. We were really trying to find help for our little boy, and had high hopes for this place. I hope this review might help other parents seeking help. This is not the place to go. Our therapist, Kenzie was super difficult to communicate with. It seemed hard for her to email us, like it was putting her out so much. One of her emails stated we could just go else where, because we asked for updates about our son's sessions. They were also very difficult to schedule with. We needed someone who wants to actually help us and our son, and not just treat us like a number or a client. read more

This place did not provide adaqute supervision & kept staff employed who were not mentally or emotionally well themselves. Poor supervision & inside unethical inappropriate relationships developing with multiple staff & clients, allowed. farr more harm than good to cone the families treated. I suggest checking DOPL records before you see any therapist at any clinic to ensure you are going to be treated by or employed by someone with no prior history of inappropriate relationships or negliglect. read more

I am so grateful to our son's therapist, Tom, he is so patient, and no pressure with anything. It is clear his interest is for his clients. He is very personable. Our son went from 9 of 10 nights in our room because he was scared, to 9 of 10 nights in his own room, this was after one session!!! Tom has been a lifesaver for our family! read more
