After writing a long intake before my appointment explaining my history of physical abuse he did not read it. During my initial appointment I said something about being tired and hoping I didn't fall asleep. He then pretended to punch me. It was weird and unprofessional. He then made jokes at the expense of his wonderful assistant Judy. She is in her 70's and he was saying things about her being a stripper, etc. I loved Judy but Jeff just did not sit well with me. I've found another neurofeedback practitioner and have asked for my money back from Jeff. He will not do so. It's so hard to go to a new therapist in the first place. My experience was not great.

Abysmal treatment for patients being released from inpatient units and hospitals. They are NOT going to get the kind of quality care they deserve This company makes promises they can't keep and keep advertising for clients when they don't have enough staff to serve the clientele they already have! Do not even attempt treatment here if you care about the quality of care you or a loved one gets. Often patients don't even get the therapist promised for up to 2 months. Patients exiting hospitals will flounder if not given support from an assigned therapist to help them make the transition to a new environment. This causes unnecessary angst and distress to those already in a somewhat fragile state. Shame on you Altium! PS. this does not mean there are not some nice and caring staff there, but the benefit is not worth the risk Just my opinion.
