Grown extremely frustrated with them not returning calls, refusing to talk on the phone and only email. I was getting ready to either do an Air BNB or hotel for a few weeks till we found something. Just on a last ditch effort reached out to Robinsons late on a Friday night. Monday morning had a return call, Tuesday viewed the apartment and applied, Wednesday afternoon had conformation and accepted application. I really can't say enough about Jen and how absolutely professional, fast acting, and quick to respond to our communications. People with cash to put down that day and great credit scores should not have to deal with the nonsense of the various other rental companies in the area.
