Our sewer backed up , we had some intrusions of roots into our main sewer.ASP came out the next day and water jetted our line clean , they showed us the condition of our main line as they pulled out the camera . I am very happy w their work, friendly knowledgeable and pretty efficient . They have pretty modern equipment as you can see in the pics. I highly reccomend utilizing the water jetting service as they can completely clean out any obstructions in the line as opposed to using a snake, which only busts through leaving an opening the size of the auger. After multiple passes w the jetting nozzle all of the roots were completely gone . Thank you folks for fixing and diagnosing the status of our main sewer line. This is the second time we have used ASP so I called them again for a different issue. In the morning, I noticed our toilet was not flushing properly. We suspected it was the septic system. I called ASP and spoke with Barb. She was very friendly and very helpful. She said she would call one of her drivers and called me back. Barb stated Zack was working the area and would be there in a couple of hours. Zack arrived with his truck. Zack was very knowledgeable and friendly. ASP was hired to cap a refrigerator water line ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF MY HOME.. An hour after the plumber left I found water coming downstairs. I called the after-hours emergency number and was told to wait until the next morning. The next morning the water filled my kitchen ceiling. An emergency water service company removed part of the water-damaged sheetrock ceiling and cleaned up the water damage. ASP wanted me to pay the emergency water repair company instead of taking responsibility for the damage left by their plumber's failed work and failure to come back the same day to fully shut off the water supply to the refrigerator. Wade, the plumber ASP sent out is the only reason I am giving this business 3 stars. Otherwise, I would give them less. Wade was personable and did a good job fixing a busted water pipe and extending our outside water hose closer to the garden. The office and dispatch were horrible and deserve zero stars. Everything began on Friday with the plumber scheduled to be here between one and four. He didn't have the part he needed, and it was too late for him to get it and come back. Dispatch scheduled a technician to come out on Monday between 8am and 1pm. No one showed up. when we called, the woman in the office said he would be here "soon". When we called again, the woman said he can't make it today. He was supposed to return Tuesday. Another no-show. We called several times Tuesday and were pretty fed up by then. Her response was "sometimes its just the luck of the draw," which is not the way to run a business or create loyal customers. I give three stars because of how quick you responded, how friendly you were, and for leaving us with 4 space heaters for a couple days. Other than that, because I'm a female you tried telling me I had 2 options one being buy a new furnace or the second being replacing the part for a few hundred less than a new furnace. It's the landlords decision not mine, and he Still just wanted just the part ordered and ASP was supposed to be at my house the next day at 8am installing it. A little after 8, we get a call telling us to drop everything we are doing if we care about our house and buy a new furnace now. Then continued to say they misdiagnosed it, etc, etc. I felt not only they were unsure of the diagnosis but also felt preyed on. With how pushy he was being about financing a new furnace made my landlord and I feel so uncomfortable that we asked another company for a second opinion. The second company showed up an hr later quoted around $500 and fixed it on the spot!! Left extra filters and it was something to do with the blower!! I had no hot water for a week without turning my heat on high, in 85 to 90 degree heat outside. Made the call to ASP and they came in 2 days. Reid the tech was the first person to look at my system and not be totally confused. He explained how my system works what probably is the problem (and it was the problem), how it was supposed to work , what it would cost and how long it would take to repair. Edit 2- About 2 months after their mistake, they rectified it. I received multiple calls from the president of ASP apologizing and explaining how they would make it right. I received a refund, and a complimentary heating tune up. From my perspective, they fully corrected their mistake, and that's all you can ask for. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! TLDR: They knocked out my heat in the middle of winter and charged me $200 to turn it back on. I hired a plumber to verify that the tankless boiler in our new construction house was converted properly to use propane. The plumber left without turning the gas back on, which caused the unit to get an error code and stop working. This knocked out our hot water and our heat. I didn't notice immediately that the heat was knocked out because it's radiant in-floor heat, which takes a very long time to cool down/heat up. I spent 30 minutes or so on the phone with the plumber to clear an error code (004) on the unit, which was caused by it trying to start with no gas supply (recall he left the gas off when he left the job!). Finally, after clearing the error code, we have residential hot water- little did I know that the code also had to be cleared on the radiant side of the unit, so my heat was still out. I became certain that my heat was not working about 36 hours after the plumber knocked it out. They sent a different person, an HVAC guy, out to see what the problem was and determine if it was their fault. Even though he had to clear the exact same error code (004) on the radiant side of the unit, he said it was not their fault, he cleaned an ignitor, and had to charge me $200. I paid him after a little bit of arguing because I realized I shouldn't waste his time with it. I called the office to explain the situation to them. The office lady insisted it was not their fault, she could not refund my money, but I would receive a call from the department manager. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not received a call. This whole fiasco was created by a plumber not verifying his work- he left without turning the gas back on! So he obviously could not have verified the system was working when he left. Making mistakes is fine- everyone makes mistakes. But to charge your customer $200 to fix your company's mistake? Despicable! read more

Called for a laundry basin installation and was told they could have it all done Friday morning. On Friday, I got a call informing me that they could only do an inspection and estimate that day, but they would make an appointment for 9am the following Wednesday (today). The plumber didn't show up and I called the office at 9:30, only to be told there was no appointment. These guys need to get their acts together and get a new secretary! We had Summit Mechanical come to our home in the beginning of May to give us an estimate regarding the installation of a semi-split air conditioning system. The sales person said they would send us quote by the end of the week. On the Monday following, this was the email I received: "Thank for having Summit out to look at you A/C project at this time Summit will not be providing an estimate." That's it. When I responded and stated that I had never heard of such a thing and asked why - no reply. Their email was incredibly unprofessional. ASP came to Dallas Texas after our winter storm to help with plumbing issues caused by the storm. I scheduled an afternoon appointment, no one showed up or called. At 6 pm I called them not to come that evening because I had to go to work, I called them back in 2 days to reschedule my appointment. I scheduled for Saturday 2/27/21 at 4:30. Rory text message me AT 2:26 wanting to come at 3:00 pm. I did not see message until almost 5:30 pm. By that time I had spoken to Trevor who stated that Rory had told him it was a bad neighborhood and he was afraid to get out of their car. I informed Trevor nobody had been here. Trevor said he would ask another tech to come on Sunday or Monday or he himself would come. On Monday my calls went to voice message without a return call. Monday around 10:20 I called Rory, again he repeated he did not feel safe. After talking to him I got a text message from him saying he could not talk because he had just had oral surgery. I had a leaking pipe that created a big mess. I called this company and they were here in 10 minutes, fixed the system to stop the leak and came back the next day to replace the pipe. They checked all of the pipes, found another leak and saved me from another disaster happening. I would highly recommend this company. They were amazing! So, after having them in to diagnosis the problem we were told that it was our pressure tank. After replacing the pressure tank the issue that we were having was still there. We then had to call a well company that knew within 10 minutes of being here what the problem was. Within 30 minutes had the issue resolved and was back out the door. To say the least it has been 2 months since this happened and I finally received the bill. After talking to the manager about the misdiagnosis they were not willing to do anything to help compensate the bill or pay for the price of the pressure tank that we replaced on their advice. I used ASP for a new house build. Numerous mistakes (toilet plumbing placed in the garage instead of the bathroom). Leaking toilet connection (of brand new toilet install) flooded the bathroom and ran under the wall into the adjacent room ruining all the new flooring. Water lines ran outside the studs.
