After the install, I was contacted to ensure everything went as planned. It was a wonderful experience proving why local small businesses are superior. Thank you to the Joe The Roofer team.

We did the install ourselves, however when I went back to get some needed products to finish the job and ensure the proper maintenance, again I was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtful they were in asking how we liked the tile and how the install went. Ellen also provided some very cost-effective options and didn't try to sell more than we needed. We look forward to doing future business with Eberhard again - maybe sooner rather than later, but don't tell my husband.......

We set up our kitchen remodel, started the demolition and throughout the process all 3 Brothers were attentive to our needs and guided us through the process. Communication is key throughout a remodel as ideas and changes develop and we incorporated our laundry room in the final demolition. Dates were set and met, as we pushed for a remodel before a Thanksgiving gathering and pressure was on. All ideas were met with respect, vetted, and we were told what was actually attainable within our time frame, without any in doing a major renovation to our home. All price points were met, no surprises or extra add ons ( unless we asked for them) and the collaboration between all the workers was key for an unbelievable experience and led to an amazing kitchen and laundry room!
