When I asked for advice on follow up visits he simply said "I don't know, it's your teeth." Also seemed like he a bit too much of an interest in my personal life asking about my age, employment -- beyond friendly small talk. When asked if I smoke (I understand the correlation between that and a checkup) he replied insisting that he "smokes everyday and all kinds of stuff!!" Very uncomfortable. I'm giving two stars only because of the kindness and helpfulness of the rest of the staff - nurses, receptionists, hygienist. The hygienist even assured me my teeth were in great shape -- that's how shook up I was!!

During my treatment…read moreappointment on May 19, an additional third crown was recommended while I was already in the dental chair preparing for the procedure. I ultimately agreed, but I wish this discussion had taken place during the consultation so I could have considered the treatment and financial implications beforehand. The most concerning part of my experience occurred during my crown placement appointment on June 9. When I respectfully shared this feedback and mentioned that I had already discussed a payment plan for the additional crown with the office manager, Dr. Loeb abruptly left the room and stated that she would not cement my crowns unless payment was made in full. As a patient in the middle of treatment, with three prepared teeth awaiting final restoration, I felt scared, vulnerable, and distressed. I understand that dental practices have payment policies, but I did not expect my concerns to be met in this manner, especially after I had already been working with the office on a payment arrangement. I appreciate Dr. Roman, the office manager, and the practice owner for stepping in, resolving the situation, and allowing my treatment to be completed. However, I believe patients deserve clear communication, professionalism, and respect, especially when they are in such a vulnerable position.

The supposed manager was never available by phone, and after three reschedules over three weeks, I finally met her in person--but they never gave me her name. When I asked later to escalate the issue, they refused to give it. I had to find her name myself by recognizing her photo on the clinic's official Facebook page. When I mentioned her name, the office first said she wasn't there, then later claimed she hasn't worked there for a year. This clinic is a total mess and extremely sketchy. If I had seen all the bad reviews beforehand, I would never have gone. They only care about charging you for unnecessary treatments, not your health or experience. I normally don't write reviews, but I'm sharing this to warn others not to go here."

During one of my FIRST visits to the office, the front desk staff forced me to sit and wait for over two hours before informing me that the doctor would not be in the office that day, even though I had a scheduled appointment. To be clear, if I had not asked the woman at the front desk for an update on my appointment, I likely would've been forced to wait for much longer. Then, after paying the $1,000 deposit, I was told that my implants were delayed, but I received absolutely ZERO communication about when they would be delivered. After waiting for several weeks, I decided to go into the office spontaneously to demand an update. Only then were my implants somehow miraculously delivered just before my unscheduled arrival. Please avoid this office at all costs. You will regret wasting your hard-earned money and time.
