Do not come here. I…read morewas looking for a new local dentist. They were able to fit me in, so I stopped in. They said they take insurance and they were listed on providers that my insurance company covers. WP Dental told me I had to pay for all visits upfront in cash before I could be seen and then they would contact my insurance company. I have never experienced this before and this is very illegal. I went in for a follow up because I had jaw pain. I waited over an hour to be seen and I ended up walking out. I do not recommend this place due to price gauging and lack of professionalism.

We both have been treated at this office before and intentionally returned because they advertise participation with our insurance plan. During this visit, he was never informed verbally or in writing that the dental hygienist performing his deep cleaning would be billed under a different dentist who is OUT OF NETWORK. This information was not disclosed prior to treatment, nor was he given the opportunity to decline or make an informed decision. Only after the appointment did he discover that the services were billed under an out-of-network dentist, resulting in unexpected charges for what should have been covered care. At no point did anyone explain this arrangement, obtain his consent, or provide cost transparency before proceeding. This practice feels deceptive and unethical. Patients should not be expected to navigate hidden provider assignments or surprise billing within the same office especially when they explicitly choose an in-network practice to avoid these exact situations. Trust and transparency are essential in healthcare. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated a serious problem in informing the patient. It's not the money that we had to pay out of pocket, it was the bait & switch that was done.

I've never felt rushed and they always make sure the anesthetic takes effect before starting so I've never felt any pain. My wife is a little nervous about going to the dentist and they've always reassured her and looked after her so well. Communication and the text updates are really helpful too. Thank you for everything you've done for us!

About twelve months ago he recommended that I tighten up some gaps and crowding in my upper and lower teeth with Invisalign. Initially I was a bit skeptical -- I've worn conventional braces and retainers in the past -- but I have found that the Invisalign system is virtually painless and unobtrusive. Friends and family rarely even know I have the "invisible" braces on unless I tell them. I'm already extremely satisfied with the results, and we're currently doing some small adjustments. You receive sealed sets of clear aligners in advance and change them yourself at home every two weeks; the doctor only needs to check on your progress every few months. (I clean mine in five or ten minutes using a toothbrush and a disinfecting Polident denture tablet.) I've found Dr. Korobeinik and his entire staff to be highly professional and courteous and the doctor will always take time to explain any procedure. In one case, we avoided drilling a filling for a cavity by rebuilding the enamel in the tooth through in-office treatments and home-use of an innovative Sodium Fluoride and Tri-Calcium Phosphate Anti-Cavity toothpaste called Clinpro. On the few occasions when the doctor has needed to fill a cavity, the procedure has been completely painless. I would highly recommend that anyone in Westchester County see Dr. Korobeinik for dental care, and to try the Invisalign system to correct crowding or gaps in your smile.

The supposed manager was never available by phone, and after three reschedules over three weeks, I finally met her in person--but they never gave me her name. When I asked later to escalate the issue, they refused to give it. I had to find her name myself by recognizing her photo on the clinic's official Facebook page. When I mentioned her name, the office first said she wasn't there, then later claimed she hasn't worked there for a year. This clinic is a total mess and extremely sketchy. If I had seen all the bad reviews beforehand, I would never have gone. They only care about charging you for unnecessary treatments, not your health or experience. That is absolutely not what happens when you walk in. The moment they find out you have insurance, the price magically skyrockets. The flyer is basically bait. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and sent my father there. He went in for a simple crown repair, and instead they charged him $2,000 for a "deep cleaning" on the first visit. When he returned for the actual crown repair, they didn't fix the crown at all -- they charged him another $2,000 for a tooth extraction he didn't go there for. I tried calling to get clarity, but the moment I mentioned I was calling on behalf of my dad, they hid behind HIPAA instead of addressing the billing issues. This place is rotten to the core. The pricing is misleading, the upselling is aggressive, and the trust just isn't there. Go somewhere else.

I was skeptical because of some of the reviews but I figured I'd give it a try anyway. I went for the first time last week and it was a relatively good experience. As much as it can be at the dentist LOL. I made an appointment to follow up Today. I left work early for my 3 o'clock appointment only to find out that it had been mistakenly scheduled for Wednesday at 3 o'clock. Needless to say I was not happy. However there seemed to be a light at the end of the tunnel. They told me that their 4 o'clock appointment had not confirmed the appointment despite sending several text messages. So, I waited there for over an hour. About five minutes before 4 o'clock they said if she doesn't show up you can have her appointment. Well needless to say she showed up at 4:07 and took her in instead of me. I don't like to waste my time and I abhor when other people do! I told them to give me my dental records and cancel my future appointments! I was very upset that they wouldn't accommodate me even after I waited there. Smh
