My whole body got a great workout in an hour. By far one of the best workout styles I have done. She also brought extra yoga mats which was great because I didn't have one. I've been working with these guys for about 8 years, and I "strongly" recommend them. They are…read morehighly credentialed and maintain up to date knowledge on all aspects of their profession. Individual training was crucial for me after back surgery, and I've stayed with it because of the results and the knowledge gained. Gyms and big group classes don't take into consideration your individual needs and limitations and would have been seriously dangerous for me when I started with Full Strength, though now I could easily participate in those things. Private training isn't cheap, but it's a lot cheaper than treating the eventual effects of bad training. I'm convinced that working with them will keep me out of the doctor's office and looking and feeling strong.
