I purchased a gift certificate for an interior detail and tried to upgrade to a full detail by paying the difference. Instead, I was told I couldn't because the gift card was "discounted," and I would only get what I paid -- even though the certificate clearly states a value of $189. Completely misleading and honestly feels like a scam. When I tried to question it, the cashier told me to "shut up" while she called the manager. Completely unacceptable. Then the manager/owner came over and matched that same energy -- sarcastic, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than actually helping or resolving anything. And on top of all of that, the detailing job itself was subpar. My carpet is still visibly dirty, and most of it looks like it wasn't even touched -- likely just covered by a mat instead of actually being cleaned. After years of supporting this business consistently, this is how I was treated. Disrespectful staff, poor-quality work, and zero accountability. They didn't just lose a customer -- they lost someone who supported them weekly for years.

It was a 1999 Miata that been stored in my daughters, garage and tools and toys and a number of other items put dents throughout the body of the car. I'd like to note that my car was purchased extraordinarily dirty, including stains from drinks, markers, dirt, grime, and grease. I had my car detailed (via Groupon) by World's Best Detailing who did an AMAZING job. The groupon was no longer available so I decided to go with Protail detailing. They did absolutely nothing, they did not clean the trunk or vacuum the car properly and were unable to shampoo/clean the carpets. I contacted Protail and the individual I spoke to apologized and said it was because they didn't have the right equipment to uphold the cleaning they advertised. As well, he told me it was because they are used​ to detailing cars that are already very clean and high end. This was honestly a slap in the face because although my Father's car is old (2001 Honda Pilot) the car was not dirty to begin with. He cleans his car on a regular basis and I bought him the detailing because it was fathers day, not because his car really needed a $180 cleaning. I could have done a better job myself. Please save your money. UPDATE: After this review the company contacted me and offered to redo the detailing on the car. They were very professional and kind. The detailing is scheduled and I will update this review once it's completed. My initial​ review was 2 stars but I am changing it to 3 to reflect the customer service.
