I purchased a high end refrigerator ($3k+) from here and it has been a disappointment from day one…read more For starters the unit has produced about 12 ice cubes in the last 3 months. I routinely get erroneous error messages about power failures. The freezer thermostat fails about once a week. The service support has been pathetic. The first guy blamed it on my water pressure even without making any measurements. Then he suggested that it was caused by my setting the 'max ice' setting 'on', which he explained was actually a minimum ice setting. I've had two more calls with the service department who promised to send someone out, but I've received zero follow up. Overall I'd say this outfit is not worth your trust. Overpriced and under performing. My next step is small claims court.

Short and sweet: not good customer service. The first salesperson we spoke with only wanted to…read morechit-chat with boomer customers before and after us. When I introduced myself to him he just paused for a few seconds then replied: "And?". I replied that I was waiting to hear his name then I continued that I was there to look for a new bathroom vanity and possibly kitchen cabinets too. He quickly walked through the showroom saying that he knew little of that and was more knowledgeable about appliances. Understandable but isn't this a kitchen and bath showroom? He then found a bathroom vanity book and offered that we take a seat at a model kitchen and look through it. So we did. He then left to go smoke outside. That may have had something to do with it. Interrupting someone's smoke break is never great but there are ways that someone in their 60's can handle that situation that doesn't leave a potential customer feeling like they are not welcome. Especially when the customer has money and you have a product to sell. Then the next salesperson, someone closer to my age range came by. He asked what we were looking for then led us back to his desk. There he proceeded to show us vanities on the website. I can do that, in fact I have done that on their website. We wanted to visit the showroom to be shown what's there. Isn't that why companies have showrooms? Generally I felt that the place was low energy and that not one of the three employees there wanted to be there. That is bad management, happy employees are productive and friendly people. May be they are not paid enough to care, maybe management is also absent not wanting to work when the majority of customers are able to visit. Who knows? But I know that I won't go back. Much better customer service at Home Depot, of all places

I finally found my go-to electrician and it is Sean Homem owner of Pro City Electric…read more I contacted other electrical repair and maintenance companies about installing a remote-controlled electrical cut-off switch for my home. They all sounded interested until I sent the specs detailing what was involved and then they disappeared. I continued my search and, based on reviews and on testimonials on Nextdoor, I called Pro City Electric and got owner Sean Homem. He understood immediately what was involved in the project. He explained that cut-off systems are used for safety purposes in some commercial settings, where he had installed them. I wanted an extensive residential system covering many circuits to lower my EMF exposure. Within a few days, Shawn installed the system and it was fascinating to watch the process. At one point, he had so many electrical lines in hand, it resembled a stylist about to plait a river of braids in a client's hair. I've found that one sign of a good tradesperson is their ability to come up with creative and non-destructive solutions to problems on the job. I became concerned when Shawn uncovered an electrical cord in the wall that would obstruct the installation of the control box. There was no slack for tying It off to the side. I had to make a brief phone call and when I came back I saw that Shawn had created a narrow channel in the wood paneling and taped the cord into it.  When all was done, Shawn then relocated a light switch in my garage while I tried out my new remote-controlled cut-off system. It works beautifully and at a fair price. To further lower my EMF exposure, I next hired Shawn to install grounding rod electrodes to properly ground my existing electrical panel, which had not been properly grounded to code. This correction significantly lowered the total EFM levels, which I began to feel immediately in symptom reduction. I'm pleased to finally have an experienced and intelligent electrician to rely on.
