I am answered with a huff, saying something like "I can go back and look, but not sure if we have that either," then all off a sudden a new employee comes over like the first one got annoyed and needs a mental break. If you are lucky enough to be able to grab something off the racks/shelves without needing an employee for assistance, good for you. The shoe was not available in store but he let us know it can be ordered and delivered to our home. With the help of I believe his manager, Alyssa we were able to find my daughter two pairs of shoes to her liking. Vince and Alyssa went above and beyond and provided us with such a great shopping experience. We did not feel rushed, they both were nothing but accommodating to our needs.
