While I appreciate the business realities of running a restaurant, guest comfort should also be a priority. Reducing the number of tables slightly could make a dramatic difference. Considering that several booths were unoccupied between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night, despite being told reservations had the restaurant quite busy, it seems like a reasonable adjustment.

Based on a comparison of other restaurants, this is far below average and I therefore feel justified in scoring this restaurant accordingly. I would not go to a restaurant with this negative rating on any day or time of the week. That, of course, is my opinion based upon the Health Department's evaluation.
