Across the street from the Japantown mall, this place is run by friendly people who understand that cats are worthy of adoration: local illustrators, designers and artists with a deep affection for all things cat related. Inside we found cat pottery, homewares, enamel pins, wax seals, rubber stamps, art prints, tote bags, and stationery items that are dangerously easy to justify purchasing. It's easy to say, I don't need another mug, but then here feel the pull to adopt one anyway. Closed on Tuesday and Wednesday for a long nap, this cute shop deserves a visit. My wallet will forgive me, eventually.

This is a great place to find a birthday present or something cute for special occasions. Very nice and in expensive Korean skin care and make up as well . When I tried to use it, I realized the tip has an unpolished, sharp metal burr from manufacturing that literally catches, tears hair, and scratches the scalp. It is completely unusable and hazardous (see photos). On August 29, 2026, I returned to the store politely asking for an exchange for an undamaged one or a refund under California's Implied Warranty of Merchantability. Instead of helping, the employees outright refused, laughed directly in my face, and refused to provide any manager or owner contact information. Selling sharp, defective accessories and openly mocking young customers is absolutely shameful. Avoid this place at all costs -- a complete tourist trap with zero accountability.

The only way they could make it better would be to lower their prices a bit, but hey this is China Town in San Francisco and I'm sure the rent for this GINORMOUS store is astronomical. After stopping at many different ones they all start to look alike at what they are offering - this was our last stop before heading to our car to leave. We peeked inside not looking for anything in particular. One of the highlights of this shop is the collection of unique San Francisco- themed items. We saw these novelty shirts and saw that the pricing was very reasonable. The quality was decent too, not thin material. All the other stores sold shirts too but this was the only store that we actually noticed for the price. We grabbed 3 of our sizes and paid for them. The gal let me know of the 3% add'l fee for using a credit card. Still definitely a great deal in Chinatown!
