I had a hankering for some Asian food and stumbled into this small place in the same plaza as Aldi's, very close to Kiski High School. I was asked for my order by a young cashier. I ordered a small General Tso, which wasn't bad for $8. The chicken was crisp and the sauce was thicker. Well this is another Asian take out place. But i think it's the best one around. I got the general Tso chicken. I wish it were more crispy & spicier sauce but it is good in its own nature. It all had good taste and nothing was overpowering. Still little crispy too. Pork fried rice was damn good. Lots of peas carrots, onion, and pork mixed in. Seasoning was perfect. Eggroll perfect. There was a bug in my Lo mein. I was so disgusted. I called and was told that they can make me a new order. I said not necessary because I want a refund. I had to go back in. I could tell owner woman wasn't happy. The kicker was she didn't even apologize. I've worked in the restaurant industry, you apologize and make it right. Four words, Singapore chow Mei fun. Absolutely the best I've ever had. Moo shoo is also good, as is the lo mein. Curry beef is also good. Egg rolls, wonton soup is meh, steamed wonton and steamed dumplings are just ok. Gen szos, and other sauced entrees are about standard that you would get anywhere, same for brown sauced stuff. all in all, the single chi nee restaurant we use the most in this area. ALSO, their was a poor review a month ago, it complained about pad Thai and this place being a poor Thai place. Well, they aren't Thai, and they don't even serve pad Thai, I think that review was fake. read more

I feel like this restaurant is most popular for take out on those summer days where its too hot to cook at home, so you order "Chinese" takeout instead. While the food is good, its just average at best. Maybe I am biased after living in California so long with the abundance of actual Chinese restaurants. Like Panda Express? This place is for you. American-Asian fusion type food. The usual. Boxed rice. General tso's. Sweet and sour chicken. Egg drop soup. Gong bao ji. I ordered Wonton soup (wontons are good, I think its pork but it gave me serious diarrea if thats tmi). For sure I know this soup caused it because it was all I ate, aside from rice. Yes, its that filling. But I don't know if the meat was undercooked or bad sanitation because I had really bad cramps and diarrea later that day. Not cool. Crab rangoons are my favorite though. They usually have a good consistency of the filling. Some places skimp out on that and its like all shell. This restaurant hasn't done that :o They literally have a huge variety so theres a plus for that. The wait times aren't bad. I am going to have to respectfully disagree with Derek. As a fat lady, I have eaten many a General Tsos chicken from many places in this country. This is one of my favorite places to get it from and definitely the best around! They also have good egg rolls and good egg drop soup. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I do not like the Lo Mein here, it was one of the worst Lo Mein dishes I ever ate. On a brighter note, my husband and I have been coming here twice a month for the General Tsos and we have yet to have a bad experience with that dish. It's so good! The sauce is sweet and full of flavor. The green onions add a nice touch. It could be cooked a little less but it's never been too dry to eat. The price point keeps us coming back. read more

Staff is normally friendly and very willing to please. As for the food - my wife and I have ordered from here many many times and have never been disappointed (I noticed a review of the lo mein dish being poor quality, I can't agree or disagree as we have never tried it). Seafood and beef dishes are primarily our taste from here and are always flavorful and well prepared. Also, as a bonus, the food for takeout is served in dishwasher safe containers which make it very convenient to take leftovers to work for lunch the next day. read more

Edible, but barely. Staff is friendly, but the food is pretty bad. Sweet and Sour chicken isn't usually something you can mess up, but it was mushy. It felt like I was eating a pancake coated piece of dark meat. Very unpleasant. We started going to China King, as it's the same distance away and is cheaper and doesn't make us feel ill. read more

Without a doubt, this is the best all around chi com restaurant in the Kiski river valley. Their Singapore chow mei fun is without a doubt the best I have ever eaten, and all around, their entrees are better than the other three choices. Wengs? Not so great, it gets my vote as the worst in the valley, right next to the Great Wall, who does make the BEST STEAMED DUMPLINGS in the valley, all around the best I have EVER had. The place in Leechburg is terrible, never been to the buffet, don't want to try it, but the folks who have eaten there gives it a thumbs down. To confirm other reviews, the fried rice isn't great, especially the fried rice you can choose instead of white in your entree orders. Also, the General Tsos, is about as average and boring as the Tsos I have had elsewhere, too much sugar, not enough heat, and bland. read more

Currently a 3 star rating until I sample more dishes. This review is based on my first time. My regular Chinese place has closed, which has left me heartbroken, so I am now forced to find a new place. This place is the most handy on my route home from work in the Leechburg/Vandergrift/Apollo area, so I gave it the first try. This evening I got the Peanut Butter Chicken with fried rice and crabmeat rangoon. The peanut chicken was in a Styrofoam container, :-( which leaked some sauce out. Thank goodness for the bag!! The chicken itself is good, but it needs a lot more sauce, and maybe a few more broccoli. Yes, I eat my veggies! The fried rice was meh. Definitely needs more veggies in it and fried more. It tastes more like white rice. Now for one of the biggest things I judge a Chinese place on, the crabmeat rangoons. Wow are they huge! Packed full of cream cheese and you can actually taste crabmeat, even if it probably is imitation. So many places barely put any, if any crabmeat in them. Asia Cuisine has scored extra points with me because of these. The guy who answered the phone was friendly and not in a hurry to take my order and get off the phone. More points there!! I'll tweek this review based on future visits. I eat Chinese often. :-) read more

I ate here once. NEVER AGAIN. I had their idea of General Tsos. How can you screw up General Tsos? It tasted nothing like what General Tsos should taste like.
