Chris was able to come help us out; not only get the bolt off; but proceeded to help me drain the old oil; and put in the new oil and gave me awesome tips on how to make it easier on myself going forward. He gave me a firm date when he would do the repair and called me with the cost estimate for the repair. He fixed the unit when he said, the cost was exactly what was quoted and my machine runs better than it ever has. I would recommend this business for small engine repair and I know I'll be back with other equipment.
