Started out having him jet a line, ended up needing serious excavation and repair of a lot of old,…read moreimproperly laid and then improperly repaired sewer line, encountering abandoned gas lines and masonry tile along the way. What was going to be a one day fix ended up taking two days of work as we discovered the old problems,and fixed them, but he was hard at work the entire time. Saw him work for hours with a spade clearing dirt around the abandoned gas line when the bucket digger would have been too risky. He wasn't cheap. But he was prompt, professional, and solved a problem that had existed on again off again for years that ultimately ended up arising because last time the line was worked on, they went cheap instead. Good local guy, I know his family.

Started the project last Aug and by Nov after countless phone calls and Lies on top of Lies nothing was done. I stop by the Shop he met me at the door, I asked when he was going to finish are problem, Lied to again! Next time i went to visit him at the shop i ask the Police to go with me, as the last meeting did not go well, They said they could not it was a civil case. Went to the Shop, once again meet at the door, telling me he was not comfortable with my hand in my hoodie. We had words about him not doing what was written and promised. He told me to leave because he was a MMA fighter and he was going to kick my Ass. i drove down the road a bit and Nolan called me threading me if i ever came back. Then the little Man (Nolan) called the Conneaut Police on me saying i threaten to shoot him!! All Lies. He then called my wife giving her some sob story, and that him or none of his crew could come back because of getting Shot. All Lies from start to finish. A bit pricey like every thing nowadays. Would use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

I don't know if it was employee incompetence or lack of experience but our tank was only half empty when they left. When the company filling in the tank came the next day no work could be done until King's came back out to finish the job. Then to add to the problem they charged us a second time with an extra fee because it was Saturday. We have only received a partial refund for the second bill.
