Platinum Invisalign provider!? Give me a goddamn break! My teeth, to start with, were near perfectly straight, but I was still recommended braces or Invisalign. It wasn't that they said that to help me, but rather so they could make money. Somehow, it took me a while to realize this clear scam, which I fell for, but here's the worst part: when they gave me the aligner bags it said there were a certain number of sets. One and a half years later, I have finally completed those sets, and they presented me with 21 more! They could have at least told me about this! Needless to say, I will be stopping my treatment in a few weeks. I have additionally been here for braces about six years ago. Back then I was a child with mostly baby teeth. What did they do? They gave me an expander and braces. (I was a little kid, it's not like I had a choice) Thank you SO much! It's not like those teeth are about to fall out anyways. The only good thing I have to say is that the staff are nice people, but that's it. When visiting any orthodontist I generally have moderate expectations, and I never expect to see a circus with a bunch of swindling clowns! Would not recommend to anyone for any reason. read more

I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Ashraf and Dr. Herchold two years ago but am currently nearing completion, and I'm amazed with how my bite has transformed, along with the straightening of my teeth. I had such complex orthodontic needs two years ago that two other orthodontists declined to start Invisalign treatment with me unless I went through the traditional braces route! However, they referred me to Dr. Ashraf and Dr. Herchold and I'm really glad I went with them. Not only has my treatment surpassed all of my expectations, but every time I've visited this office, I've felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable. Their team has always helped me with any extra needs, such as tray cleaning or fixing tooth attachments. The orthodontists are really kind to work with, and Essence, one of their orthodontic assistants, has always been amazing and brightened my day anytime I've visited. I am 9 years old and I go to Ashraf Orthodontics, every time I come they are always very nice and answer any questions you might have, I also like that every time I go there they have a different contest or game to enter and they don't take long to enter and finish you can also enter to win an Apple Watch but besides all of the games the expander and retainer they gave me worked amazingly. Orthodontic care is way too under rated. I've had my teeth straightened and adjusted a few times since my teenage years. The reason I've had to keep getting them redone was that I kept forgetting to wear my retainers at night (my fault), and my teeth started to shift. I've been to a few other orthodontists in the Bay Area, and I can tell you that Dr.Ashraf is really the best in Marin. From the second i walked in, I knew I could trust her. She is so meticulous, she measured my teeth with a measuring tool!!!! (I LOVED that) She asked me what my goals were, then helped me set realistic expectations. Invisalign is an investment, both in time and money, but when you find the right person, it's more than worth it. Having Invisalign done has changed my smile, I have a wider smile, my teeth are not protruding like before. Even the shape of my lower face looks more refined. I feel more confident taking pictures now, no one is asking me to "Give me a smile" when I was actually smiling. Did I mention how lovely everyone who works there is?! She's conservative in her approach (never pushes for treatment if a "wait & see" approach can be employed), she's kind, she's efficient, and her office staff is fantastic. I have had Invisalign for the past 18 months and it has been so easy! Every 2 weeks I change to a new retainer and every 6 weeks I visit Dr. Ashraf to evaluate my progress. I have had 2 sons who had braces with Dr. Ashraf and their smiles are amazing. Because I never had braces, I finally said it is time for me to have straight teeth using Invisalign. We have been more than happy with the professional service and honesty of Dr. Falkow. She held off on the ortho work for some time because she felt it would not be productive until a certain age and growth of my child. Other orthodontists are getting the kids in young so they can get the biz before another doctor gets them. She was honest and held off. She is not the least expensive. We did look around. I am a firm believer in: you get what you pay for. I have had to have braces twice in my life and as an adult still have them so I think if you get the braces done right--Once is enough. My daughter is getting great treatment. The staff and doctor are beyond belief great and uplifting, fun and professional. They have gone out of their way to make things work smooth even if there has been a bump in the road as there always will be, things break, etc--they make good on all roads!
